By far, the slowest Starbucks EVER! Last time I used the drive-thru and it took 28 minutes! So today, I thought I’d go inside. A half hour, again! Plus, it’s brand new and dirty already. The entry has a grease slick out the door to a dirty sidewalk/patio. It’s new but way to old to have these problem.

Very slow service, especially the drive thru. Most of the time they are unable to hear your order correctly. Barista’s have attitudes if you let them know that something is wrong with their drink. Also, to Barista«Maya» who takes the early morning shifts: there is a difference between a grande mocha with extra foam and a tall mocha in a grande cup with no foam: I ordered the first one.

Why post that you close at 10:30 if your doors are closed at 10:17??? It doesn’t take long to make a cup of coffee!!!

First time visitor, so my review is purely based on this experience and not, as other reviewers have posted about, the move from their old location to this one. One of the nicest interiors I’ve seen at a Starbucks and very friendly service. The wait was understandably long for they seemed to be inundated with a tonne of customers, but the service was friendly and reliable, going out of their way to make sure that things were as you wanted them.

I was really excited for the move so I could use the drive thru, it’s a great addition, but service went downhill. If you go in, beware, you will wait FOREVER for your drink. They really needed to hire additional staff to wait on customers inside so that other staff could be strictly drive thru. This doesn’t appear to be happening. I also sometimes like to order sandwiches for lunch, which are listed on the menus. It seems like often times they are«out of it» when I order. Why even offer them if you are going to be out of them by lunchtime? Beware of the new BBQ beef sandwich. I ordered this when they were out of my favorite turkey pesto sandwich and it was a heaping mess thrown into a paper bag, not edible. I ended up throwing it out. I have an open mind about the new Starbucks, hoping they are still ironing out the details. I will likely go to Java Express to save a buck if they can’t get with it.

You think only moving literally across a parking lot wouldn’t make that much of a difference, but man has it. Not only do I not see the regular girls anymore, the staff is different every time we go in there with a few familiar faces. The customer service needs a lot of work. We will stand at the counter for multiple minutes and not have 1 person greet us. They have forgotten my drink twice now and not as much offered to get my next one or work to make sure that never happens again. I hope these are things they can work on to improve this location. The girl this morning slid out our two drinks, didn’t say which one was what and put the 2 sleeves on top of the lid and walked away.. .thanks!

Store is beautiful but service is terrible. Extremely slow and everyone in my groups order was wrong. Very disappointing. Why? Poor management-improper training? Employees who just don’t care? Whatever the reason… it’s not ok. Starbucks-you need to do better than this!!!

Not sure what happened after they moved to the bigger store… but it’s all bad. I will echo other reviews about long wait times with few people; drive thru customers being the priority… I really wanted to live the new store. Bigger, more products, a new type of machine that does«reserve coffees». I went in to get my espresso frappuccino and I ordered. First problem I noticed is that they don’t write your order on the cup anymore, so it is up to the person reading it to make what you told someone else… Same staff from the smaller store, so they can’t blame it on new people or anything, just poor service. I order the drink, wait about 15 min(apparently a short wait reading other reviews) and get my drink. I walk out and sip my drink. I got milk, ice and hot coffee blended together… no frappuccino mix or anything else. Hard to drink a frappuccino that doesn’t contain any frappuccino… just sayin! Between the wait and the drink being all jacked up, I have to give it one star… not only because of these reasons but the new store was supposed to fix the«long waits» and it has just made them longer. I had stopped going to the old location due to the wait, but at least they got my drink right… now I have to wait AND receive the wrong drink. No Bueno! In the end I took my drink to the Starbucks in Gilroy(First St) who apologized and made me the correct drink, free of charge :)

I was so excited that Starbucks was moving across the lot to a better location & with a drive-thru. BADMOVEONTHEIRPART. They didn’t even hire new people, and they are always under staffed. Because of their busy drive-thru, they neglect the customers who actually get off their cars and go inside to order – meaning we wait nearly half an hour for a single drink while the baristas mainly focus on the drive thru customers. It is so frustrating, especially since these baristas are the same baristas that had been working at the old Starbucks so you would think they would be able to handle it AND know how to make drinks. I ordered a hot nonfat latte with an add shot, I waited for 23 minutes for my drink while I watched them take care of all the drive thru people first, then they finally called out my drink. What the gave me WASNOTWHAT I ASKEDFOR. I got an Iced latte with regular milk, so they remade it… BUTFORGOTMYADDSHOT. So they had to remake it… once again. I was inside that Starbucks for over half an hour. Ridiculous. What made me outraged was that they didn’t seem to care about their mishaps. They appeared as though they were annoyed with me even though it was THEY that messed up my drink more than once, not ME! I don’t know who the manager is, but they need additional(and extensive) training. It appears that all Starbucks locations with a drive-thru that I have personally visited had baristas who worked the drive-thru drinks, while the inside lobby had their own set of baristas working those drinks. Maybe it would have been a great – and obvious – idea to hire and train new employees weeks, even months, prior to the opening of the new Starbucks location. Additionally, all employees look miserable, and they are very rude. If they ever do chat, is to chat amonsgt themselves and of their personal life. *tisk tisk* ***Please note, that many of these poor reviews don’t get approved or «recommended» to be shown on here for fear that it would hinder the success of their business. I just got back from this Starbucks with a friend and my sister in law. During our visit my friend and I wanted the same drink, and she ordered first. The male barista informed her they were out of the«peach green tea lemonade» and that it was a summer drink(summer has been over for several months, why hadn’t it been removed sooner?). My friend and I we very sad that they were out of this drink, and the male barista offered her a free drink card due to the false advertisement. I expressed my disappointment as well but was not offered anything. My friend was also charged for a talk drink but given a venti. I left wondering why I was not given the same treatment. On another note of this same visit: they have a book on display that says 100% of the books profits will be donated, but it doesn’t state to whom it gets donated. None of the baristas knew where the proceeds went, one said«I’m sure it gets donated to veterans of some kind.» despite having just said they didn’t know where the proceeds for donated. At least after looking it up in a binder they could confirm where the process went, which was to veterans. Odd that Starbucks will support troops by selling books, but they won’t support troops by sending their coffee across the seas. Contradiction much? Needless to say I’m ill impressed with this company and this particular location.

Very unfortunate… such a nice new location and it seems to have affected their service in a negative way. Long waits, no apologies… they have forgotten my drink and no real incentive to ever come back. Drive thru is disorganized. After a long wait they asked me if anyone has taken our order. So frustrating. They run out of product too quickly. Need better management and more baristas! God forbid you come inside to enjoy your drink 10 minutes before closing you may not be able to sit. They chase us out by cleaning up and putting up chairs. Really sad… was looking forward to this new location. Disappointed.
