I are the the other day and it has improved tremendously. I really enjoyed my bowl of phở.

The curry chicken soup is addicting and I have been ordering it for years. But now I am hooked on their Teryaki Chicken Sandwich #4 which is so heavenly. The bread they use for their sandwiches and the curry soup is amazing! So soft, fluffy and crispy on the outside. Can’t recommend it enough!

So happy its in Hollister, we have too many Mexican places to eat. I love finally having a place to order bobas with my drink. The phở is delicious with beef as long it’s not fatty. The last time I ordered phở in gilroy it gave me heartburn.

Love this place! Foods good, service is great! Family friendly place. We go here at least 2 times a month, my kids even request it! My 4 year old loves the chicken soup. The fried rice is delicious and the chicken wings are crispy and fall off the bone! Foods always hot and delicious :)

sorry not a 5 star place. The broth is mediocre. Tried the chicken curry soup. Nothing special. Also tried their chicken noodle. Didn’t have much flavor. The water that I had, had a plastic finish on the back of the tongue. Also had there spring rolls, very gummy. Well that’s my review. This is my second time going here. But service was pleasant. Alot of these reviews seem to love this place. So take this review for what it’s worth. Also our town is very small maybe it’s getting 4 and 5 stars due to being the only noddle house in town? I’m not entirely sure that’s just speculation.

Hooray! Good Vietnamese food in Hollister! What luck. The BBQ pork sandwich was really good, and the beef phở was also quite nice. OK, maybe there are better places in San Francisco, but hello! This is here, it’s good, and it adds much needed variety to the food options in town. Definitely recommend!

The food here is ok. I notice the servings getting smaller at every visit. But what really got me disturb was the sign the owner put up «$ 1 extra if you pay with credit card» Really? I figured ok. Now my sandwich here is $ 5.99. Oh well… A few days later the sign was gone! But I was still charged $ 1 fee for credit card use. I ask why? If the sign was gone. Their respond, «I can’t put the sign up, but I can charge the fee!» Lol. Ok buddy. Hopefully the sandwich won’t get smaller anytime soon. Ps. I ordered an extra bread with my soup and was charged $ 3 extra! Yikes they are 5 for $ 1 at luckys. Don’t take advantage of the locals who are trying to support small businesses.

This is excellent phở. Fresh and tasty, good straight forward service, and so far very consistent. My husband and I trek down from(super south) South Bay just for this place.

My wife and I found this place while traveling through Hollister. The phở was great and rivals phở we have had at numerous phở restaurants across the U.S.

When it comes to phở, their #4 is my go to. Small family owned, want super fast service? Well There’s a China express down the way. Don’t bother complaining because, well you can’t find better tasting Vietnamese food in town and you know they’re making it to order. I stick to what i like. I’m always ordering it to go(10min) and it’s ready before I get there! Lovely family owned business.

I’ve been here twice, and both times I tried the #9. Is a curry chicken soup, and it is amazing! It’s the stuff that you can take world leaders and sit them at the table with and it would end wars!!! I’m maybe it’s not that good, but it’s damn close The service is good, I have found them to be polite. It makes take a while to get your food, but you can’t rush greatness! This place is 67 miles away from my home, but it is worth the drive!

I eat Phở ever where I can get it and have had it all over the USA… Super Noodle is great… the broth is very clean(not greasy) and clean with hearty flavor. You can tell it is a broth made with real bones and lots of time. The veggies are fresh the place is clean. The service is fine with suggestion if you need them. I love going here when I am in Hollister… it is the only Vietnamese eatery in Hollister thank goodness it is a good one.

Three stars because Hollister needs more choices other than the usual. But the food is not even close to what I expect out of a good phở noodle housr. Go to san jose off capital or santa clara off Lawrence and compare. People who think this food is great fresh phở don’t know what they are talking about and are probably foreign to any type of cuisine othet than the usual. Its all so strange new and different. Whats this? Lmao!

So gave the Noodle House another try. I love soup and needed a Phở fix and this is the only game in town. I ordered number 4 Phở with steak and the Curry Chicken soup. Both were amazing and yummy. The Phở had depth in the broth this time and the Curry Chicken soup is addicting with the coconut base and wonderful spices. My 6 yr old got the chicken wings and those also super yummy with lots of flavor without any sauce on them. The time I went before there were 2 young guys, 1 in the kitchen and one at the counter. This time I went there was a sweet young women up front and an older gentleman in the kitchen. I’m guessing this has something to do with the quality and flavors. Some people are just meant to to create flavor and others are not. Also experience doesn’t hurt. Please disregard my previous review this place is super yummy.

This place gets 5 stars for three simple reasons. 1) Excellent customer service. 2) For San Benito County, the food is on point. 3) New items on menu like sandwiches & Chicken Curry Soup(highly recommended) The owners are so nice and serve you with joy. Hollister needs more Asian food businesses like this one. Now if Hollister could just get a good Indian food place I’d have no reason to drive 45 miles to San Jose.

Food is good. I like the sandwiches and fried rice! Other people told us the place isn’t good but had to try it for ourselves. Turns out this place is a gem not to mention the owners are really friendly. The soups aren’t as great as the Gilroy Phở but it beats driving 30 mins out of town.

Convenient little spot for basic Asian sandwiches and noodles(nothing mind-blowing, but it tastes good). Only«Vietnamese» spot in Hollister(and hey, I’ll take it!). I am a fan of the BBQ pork or beef sandwich for lunch, although it takes a little longer than it needs to(about 15 – 20 minutes for a to-go order… so maybe next time I will call ahead). The sandwich bread is delightful(a little crunchy on the outside and soft/delicious on the inside). Thank you for helping Asian-food lovers in Hollister get their fill!

I tried this place for the first time last night and was so pleasantly surprised! We went with a large group about 30 minutes before closing, and they gladly accommodated us. The service was prompt and the owner was personable and talking and joking with us the whole time we were there. We left 30 minutes after they close and the owner remained open to serve a woman and her child that came in late, which really impressed me. The food was delicious, I had a #3(beef phở) I got a large and it was way too much to eat, the portion was huge! I also tried the egg rolls which were very crispy and delicious and we ordered spring rolls that were served with a delicious peanut sauce. I’m not an iced tea drinker, but my friends were all raving about how amazing the tea was there also. We had a great experience and I liked it so much Im going back again today for lunch!

I’m giving this place 5 stars for a 3 star restaurant if you know what I mean. I’m from San Jose and there are several good phở places out there and also some really bad ones. My boyfriend is from Hollister, that is what brought me here. He’s been under the weather for a couple of days and was craving some phở. So, I decided to pay him a visit and take him out to lunch. He didn’t even know there was a phở place out here. This place seems like the average phở place to me. I am not Asian, unfortunately I didn’t grow up on homemade phở. Nor am I a phở broth expert. I really can’t say if the broth is «fake» here or not, from what I read in other reviews. All I know is that the broth was really tasty, fake or not. The menu was cool because it had a picture of every plate and was number coded. A lot of the dishes looked tasty but we both ordered basic chicken phở. The chicken was good quality, it wasn’t the fatty dark parts. The noodles were perfect. We also got a order of egg rolls, those just seemed like the ones in the frozen section at Costco. Which is not bad as long as they are fully hot and crispy, which they were. This place is cheap and decent. I wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m ever in Hollister again and craving noodles of course.
