I had my 50′ boat there for 4 years total. The last year they offered me a free month if I signed another year lease. I did, and when it was time for the free month dockage, they charged my card $ 1400. My mistake was trusting them. I would never recommend anyone stay there! The boaters are treated like trailer trash by the homeowners association, and most boats flush their septic directly in the water (which makes it hard to clean the bottom of your boat).
