If I could give zero star I would. This is the worst service ever. First they are more expensive than everywhere else. True they are a proximity business but their skills to deal with customers are ZERO. This is the last time I will give my stuff to get cleaned. I’m the kind of person who tries twice but enough already.

Oxxo saved my life more than twice. Left my suit there and completely forgot to pick up 1 hour before wedding got to the automatic door 10pm and got the suit. Thank god for that door otherwise would not have been able to get to the wedding dresses accordingly… And of course the other time I really though I destroyed my brother shirt with a stain and took it Oxxo I rushed it and got it the next day stained free…

Cleaning services are decent but expensive. Main issue is that the automated window that is supposed to allow you to pick up your cleaning rarely works. Had to pick up some dress shirts last night for a meeting and, once again, couldn’t because the window was broken again. I don’t mind paying more for good service and convenience but gets frustrating.

I went there to pick up my work dress which was due the next day supposedly at opening and it wasnt ready at 9 am and tgey open at 7am but they assured me it would be ready. I paid extra for this service. I work in a customer service job so I know what that consist of, but obviously this establishment doesn’t. On top of that I had a stain, which I emphasized to remove still on my garment. I had to go home and gently wash my garment and pray for it to dry before work. When I brought this to the attention of one of the young ladies she looked at me dumbfounded and gave me attitude. She then proceeded to ring me up and walked away. Couldn’t even offer anything to alleviate the issue. Dont go to this place it overly priced, they have horrible customer service skills and dont know listen to request. I Definitely will not be back.

Terrible. 24hr. Robotic Vending machine hasn’t worked for (4) orders in a row. Store opens at 7am and I’m sitting here it’s 7:20am; it’s still not open. This place sucks. I’ve been a customer for a few month with no success. Service is over priced and unreliable. I will NEVER come to OXXO!!!

Order wasn’t ready in time, pricey but good hours and convenient pickup window.

Holy dry cleaning prices. Stopped in to drop off dry cleaning totaling 4 pieces. They wanted me to set up an acct. even though I told them I didn’t live here and that this would be my only visit. She tells me 14 $ for dress $ 7 for shirts! And that the turn around was going to be 3 days! I asked about rush service and she explained that would be $ 2 extra a piece. Needless to say I went to another dry cleaners down the street for almost half the price for the same amount of time.

Poor customer service. I went in with five shirts about 2:30today. The woman at the counter was talking to a customer who was finished with her business. I waited for ten minutes while they talked and left without dropping off the shirts.

It’s a little on the pricey side, but the location and 24/​hour robotic– computerized delivery system at the front of the store means you never have to worry that your favorite shirt is stuck at the cleaners. I only use this place occasionally.

$ 6.95/shirt. Do they clean it with baby tears? Thanks, but no thanks.

great concept, how you can pick up after hours, but service stinks. I came after the date I was told my stuff would be ready. I swiped my card and voila my stuff showed up… could have been nice, if it was all my stuff. It was only two out of four things. Out of those 2 items, the one wasn’t pressed barely at all (the exact instructions were to PRESS, not even clean). Furthermore, when I called to complain, I got no apology. I was actually put on hold coldly, and then after 5 minutes, someone came on the phone to tell me I need to call back «tomorrow at 3 and talk to the manager». No apology or anything. She wouldn’t even check for me if the rest of my stuff was ready.

They lost my shirt and said that they would reimburse me for it. Well since it was brand new and cost $ 130 and had the receipt, I expected them to cover it. Not the case they gave me half of what it was worth and some free dry cleaning. Like I really Wana use there service again.

this is the worst dry cleaners ever, i rarely complain about things like this or write reviews but this place really upset me .
first time they were fine, second time when i got home and put on the shirt it had an awefull smell like when your clothes were left wet and then baged. i could not return it since i was traveling but i told them about it the next time i went in but they didnt offer to do anything about it and i did not make a big deal, the third time they over ironed my boss suit jacket and created bubbles around the collar when i ent back again to show it to them the lady grabbed it out my hand and told me that its the fabric and that i should return the suit to the company, i left 10 shirts there that day and sure enough when i opened the first one it had the same wet mildue smell was there, this time i took them all back to the store so they can see for themselves and the same lady rolled her eyes at me i decided to just leave and never return, i tried calling the manager left a mesage but never got a call back, i will take my bussiness else where.
