Pizza Hut

I would like to give this place zero star if that was an option! My pizza took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive and was almost frozen cold … we couldn’t even eat it! I tried calling the restaurant and was kept on hold for 30 minutes before being cut off, so i have emailed to make a formal complaint and ask for a refund. lets see what they say –_–

Today I’m working and I ask my mom buy a pizza in pizza hut for me. My mom not good in English and she ask cashier to talk with me by she’s phone that I can make order. Cashier like, no I don’t want it. Worst customer service. Managed must teach this guys how to work right ! I pay my money and i must getting nice service.

I ordered a pizza with spinach and mushrooms and they only gave me mushrooms and no spinach. On top of that the cashier was extremely rude when I went to pickup my order

Make a mistake once… Sure no problem. Make the same mistake twice in a row, not acceptable. Second time I’ve paid for cheese sticks with extra cheese and instead received breadsticks. 2 stars because the manager issued me a credit for next time I order but not sure I want to again. This location needs a whole new staff!

I called ahead to make sure they were open and still delivering. It was 11:30 on a Saturday. I ordered online with a confirmation that it would arrive just before 1 a.m. Called at 1:15 to be told that the driver had called and knocked and got no answer for each. My bedroom door is located 5 feet from the front door on the bottom floor. No knock. My phone ringer was on and my phone was right next to me. No call. Second time this has happened, so this time I wrote a review. Certainly unimpressed with the service at this location.

Super slow. Called an order in, and still waited 20 minutes. Waited 5 minutes standing at the register before I was helped. Staff seems miserable. Never again.

I usually order for pick up because the delivery takes a bit too long. 9 out of 10 times the time that they give me is correct. Although, there was a time or two that I got there and the pizza wasn’t finished, but honestly it was never a big deal since I was ordering on a Friday or Saturday night.
The biggest thing that I like is that they’re open until 1am. Most of the other pizza places around here are closed by that time. This one is still open.

I have to give them a 5-​Star, so I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and 2 sauces they told me it was gonna be 45 mins so I said it was fine and waited patiently, 20 mins later I get a call to come down stairs to get my pizza, I recover the pizza and all that good stuff (delivery guy really cool dude) I come to open my pizza to see that there is NO pepperoni or my 2 sauces! So I called them back to let them know that they got my order wrong. But hear me out first on this. The guy who answered apologized like 100 times he also put my order in again Free of Charge and let me keep the one they messed up on the house, and threw in some wings! I was hyped this time for the pizza lol

Worst Pizza Hut in LA. Delivery took 1 hour 45 min, and they may as well have delivered a Frisbee. Messed up my sauces, forgot my 2 liter. Then said they’d refund, but didnt. Never order from here. Call Domino’s instead

I ordered pizza and wings online, it said the order would be ready in 20 mins. So about 35 mins later I go to pick it up. First of all when I walked up to the counter there was a worker standing there he didn’t tell me hello or ask if he could help me. Instead he walked to the back where there was 3 – 4 workers standing around doing nothing. One finally came to help I gave him my name and he blankly stared at me for a while before he decided to go get the order. He comes back and says the wings aren’t ready and that they also don’t have the cheddar sauce. I asked how long the wings will be and he goes to the back and comes back about 3 mins later saying 5 minutes. My order took a total of 49 mins to be ready. The staff is very slow and unprofessional and unfriendly and slow. Beware!

So, I ordered online. I get there a half hour later and my order was still not ready. There is a worker named kristiana and she looked at me confused of what my order was (when they have a screen that shows the order times) I get home and my order is wrong. Different pizza and wrong pasta. I call and Sergio is the manager and told me if I want my order to come back and get it. Like they couldn’t deliver it just give me my money back. Any other food establishment does that. I just don’t understand why at 3 pm they could have such bad employees working and be so unprofessional when this is a job. I will never go back again. And never suggest this place to anyone.

Kinda stupid to be a franchise and not honor a valid deal on the company’s website. Have people fill out and order, all there information and waste their time for nothing.
No more ordering from this location.
Hope you shut it down.

So rude. 8÷16÷15 at 9pm. The girl who answered the phone at this location was awful. no manners. She was hard to work with and after several mins of trying to order a simple pizza she said it would be at least an hour. No thank you.

It’s a Pizza Hut. So it’s standard issue pizza. As far as chains go, we prefer Pizza Hut to the other big national players. Ordering online is easy and convenient. BUT they tack on a $ 3.25 delivery fee. That’s just unnecessary when many good local pizza places deliver for free. So while the pizza is not terrible, the prices aren’t good enough to justify frequent ordering. Their pizza needs to be PRETTY special to justify a $ 3.25 delivery fee. And it isn’t.

Thieves who stole money by adding extra tip.
They stole money from credit card by adding a 50% tip to the order. I noticed 2 days after my order and asked to see my receipt while speaking to the manager on the phone and he said, he had a copy of it. I went in minutes later to ask to see the receipt and then he said they just got rid of the receipts. Obviously he didn’t want to show me the receipt because it was proof someone at the register penciled in extra tip money. He said he was sorry and refunded the amount of the added on tip. It’s amazing how people just get away with fraud and steal money from people. Check your bank statements if you order from here.

They get one star because their delivery guy was nice. The pizza took over an hour to deliver. It was cold, hard, and poorly made. It wasn’t good. Then the delivery guy told me they had to take a «scratch» of my credit card. That’s an awful policy and the guy that took my order didn’t mention this to me so that made me angry. I understand it’s for security purposes but it’s a ridiculous policy. Then, they chathed $ 3.75 for a delivery charge. Also would have been nice to know. The entire experience was miserable and I have no desire to ever eat their pizza again

Bad service. arrived in an a hour and ten minutes when I just live 5 minutes away. I called and asked why it’s taking so long they said it’s traffic and the driver has left 20 minutes ago when I live 5 min away yo. when the pizza came finally I asked if it was traffic the driver said NO NO traffic it’s Sunday, so the they lied and I had to heat up my pizza to eat. they suck

Took a hour & half to come. After I received the pizza the delivery driver forgot the receipt to sign. I was exited to get the pizza and it was cold. I never had to reheat a pizza that I got delivered before. Think twice before ordering on a weekend night.

My pizza was a little late tonight, like 15 mins, and they gave me a free pizza!!! And you know what, the pizza was hot and it was good and I was fully prepared to pay for my food! Lol they took a not bad situation and made it an awesome one! And the driver apologized like a million times :) will definitely say this place is A+ on customer service!

This a good place to to have pizza to go I had to wait 10 minutes for small pizza they open till midnight and close to seven eleven store.
