Horrendous company STAY AWAY I have to sue them for my deposit now because I NEVER received a confirmation call the day before. I called at 3 to ask and was told they would between 4−5pm because the schedule wasn’t done yet. Never received a phone call. So I called and coincidentally they were closed went straight to voicemail. Called about ten times left two messages never heard back from anyone the next day, the day of my move I had to call another company who charged more than them but they were able to do it. I spoke with Sharlene the «customer service manager» she was the only nice one there. She stated I wouldn get my deposit back. Ten minutes later Olivia the «floor manager «called yelling that she spoke with me told me the time and she would not be returning my money. I told her what happened and if they record their calls to listen to their calls. They’re recorded she said while chewin like a cow in my ear. Which is complete bs why would I go with a different company that charges almost double what they do?! I have already contacted a lawyer and will be contactiNg the BBB and news channels about them. They need to be out out of business. I wish I saw this before giving them my deposit which btw isn’t even their name nor did they put the correct reference number so it’s not even my contract! IF YOU WANT A STREE FREE MOVE STAY AWAY FROM THESE DOUCHEBAGS who eat on the phone while speaking with you.
