Bomb pizzas! The pepperoni… and that’s something I never order from say, Papa Johns(which has excellent pizza, btw). Something about their pepperoni. They close too early so I hardly ever go there.

Tourist trap! Food here is bland and crappy. It even smells bad NEAR this place. Stay away!

Had the chicken fajitas bowl here yesterday for lunch. The bowl was ok. The problem was the service. While the woman at the counter was awesome and helpful, the guy helping out was awful. I asked for a to go bowl so that I could take the remaining half back to work and was told that there were no to-go boxes/bowls that would fit my food. Huh? So I asked if he had foil or saran wrap to cover it. Nope. I couldn’t believe it. I can’t imagine you could keep food very safe without anything to wrap food with. I ended up throwing the food away. I will not be returning.

I wouldn’t waste your $$ here, when there’s so many better options nearby. It’s not expensive by any means, but for what you get(single item, no side) it’s just not worth it. Their wraps and paninis are unruly and difficult to eat, with a lot of excess breading and the stuffing falling all over the place. I don’t like cheese, which meant that my buffalo chicken sandwich had basically nothing on it, save for some chicken chunks and tiny celery pieces. The flatbreads seemed yeast-y and bland, so I haven’t even tried them. All-in-all, it’s just not one of those places you can get excited over.

Food was just OK. You can watch TV which is nice. I’ve had better. Probably won’t return.

Sandella’s is about a block away from my office, but I’m not a fan of their food or their service. My co-worker and I went here for lunch yesterday, and we were the only two people there. However it still took three Sandella’s workers about 20 minutes to produce two paninis. I had the spinach, ham and swiss panini, which was so far below expectations, Although the cheese was yummy & melted, it was too hot. Not to mention there was only two slices of ham, which honestly made it about 1⁄3 the size of an expensive $ 6 Hot Pocket. Plus, the mango habanero sauce was nonexistent until the 2nd to last bite. My coworker had the pastrami melt, which was significantly better, & well-proportioned with each ingredient. She was happy with her meal, whereas I was left still hungry. I was originally considering Sandella’s to cater an event, as their menu is extremely affordable, but doubt I will be returning after this experience.

It was fine but nothing great at all. My friend had the flatbread pizza. The toppings looked nice but the crust looked like something I made at home in college. I had the ham sandwich and it was definitely meh. All I’ll say is that for the location, right in the middle of the Walk of Fame, it’s maybe your best option among so-so options. Maybe go for the veggie dishes next time.

I was freelancing at a studio in Hollywood who would order in lunch for us everyday. Unfortunately, Sandella’s was in the lunch rotation, and while I was also sick of Baja Fresh and Panda Express, Sandella’s was always a disappointment. I had the Veggie Wrap, Hummus Wrap and Greek Salad and they were all BLAH. The wraps were waaaaay too carb-y. Mostly a dense flatbread wrap, with barely any filling. After experiencing too many carb-comas at work, I went for the Greek Salad. It was not only NOTGOOD but it was served with a giant piece of dense flatbread. Also, it had black olives instead of kalamata, a «romaine blend» containing iceberg, and a CAESARDRESSING.

the food here is cheap and descent. especially if you just want something fast, cheap and semi healthy and don’t want to peruse the aisles of the Fresh & Easy downstairs, just come here for a quick meal. came here on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon and it was surprisingly busy. we had to wait until a group of tourists were finished eating to grab a table. anyway, i had the hummus wrap and asked for a side of the creamy pesto sauce instead of the creamy ranch it comes with. it wasn’t totally filling but i was satisfied enough. the price is descent and service is quick. a lot of what they offer is healthy as long as you know how much to consume in one sitting. since everything is a wrap or flatbread, you dont have to worry too much about your carb intake :)

This place is awesome!!! Everytime I hit Holywood, this is my chow spot. The chipotle and buffalo chicken flatbread are the only I eat there. Just note I always buy both and take some extras! They’re under $ 10 and they’re bomb, so I recommend this place… BIGTIME!

What a great tasty place to grab a light lunch under $ 10 in Hollywood. I tried the pepperoni flatbread pizza and thought it was very good.

Sandellas is one of the best after gym snacks you can have, sarcasm of course but its located right under la fitness on hollywood blvd. They have a great selection of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Their chipotle wrap is really good and healthy with minimal additives. They have sweets and a brownie had enticed my brother and he got one, Stay away from that wayyy too sweet. It was a good experience otherwise because the owner of the place actually works there so he always makes sure everything is up to par!

fast hot and yummy a little on the expensive side, but it was a nice change from regular sandwich delis or Subway/Togos. Not alot of room inside to sit, but plenty of out side seating to watch all the hotties leaving the gym upstairs!

I recently went to Sandellas when I had a little time to kill after work and before my train, The $ 4.99 chicken wrap enticed me in. With chips and a soda though it came to almost $ 8. A bit on the expensive side however the wrap was very nice(I loved the sauce in it) and it did fill me up for the rest of the day. The staff were very friendly though :]

My co-worker and I walked in and were greeted by the intoxicating scent of tastiness. We sampled the Brazilian Chicken Grilled Flatbread(think flat bread pizza). It was tasty with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. I love the fact that I can eat the whole thing guilt free and not worry about breaking my calorie bank in one sitting! The most impressive of all is the great service provided by the staff — they were prompt to take orders, serve customers, ask how they liked their meal, and just be plain friendly. I liked the expansive windows overlooking the courtyard below, which provided for entertaining people watching between bites(hey, they are located in the middle of Hollywood, after all). :) A healthy lunch option at a recession friendly price is nice, but once you combine it with great service, it makes all the difference! The owner, Vahe and his staff demonstrate their commitment in these areas, and I hope to see a Sandella’s in my neck of the woods soon. TIP: They also carry a small selection of Porto’s Baked Goods(yum!), and since the lunch menu is low in calories, you save room for the indulgence to top off your meal! Parking can be steep, so if you pick something up at the drug store or F&E they’ll validate for a specific amount of time.

4 stars until they start taking phone orders. I normally hate waiting in lines while my belly is ready to claw its way out, but when I realized that no Unilocaler has claimed this FTR, I was willing to sacrifice my patience. Sandella’s is a new takeout café in the LA Fitness/Fresh and Easy plaza. They specialize in your usual lunch fare, namely flatbread wraps, panini sandwiches, quesadillas, and salads. Prices are reasonable, generally under $ 8 and though portions aren’t humongous, the options are fresh, healthy, and quite tasty. I’d say the same of the buff gym rats upstairs but some of my co-workers may think I’m talking about them, thus causing me to barf in their face. Anyway…today’s lunch comprised of the chicken pesto flatbread… sans creamy pesto sauce. Instead, I opted for the«zesty tomato sauce,» which was quite zesty(and less caloric) in a pizza saucy way. The texture was much like a thin crust pizza, though a little soggy from chillin in the takeout box. The tomatoes, however, were notably fresh, as was the mozzarella and savory grilled chicken. Wait, did I order a chicken pizza?
