Sprint Store By Wireless Connections

WHAT A HORRIBLE LOCATION. PRIVATELY OWNED… and what a manager they have… RICHARD. HORRIBLE experience. Lied about offers and said «sorry, I misunderstood»…his misunderstanding led me to not get the $ 250 friend referral fee that he told me about. Told me «what do you want me to do, I cant give you $ 250 out of my pocket». When I called sprint they said they would three way me in because the store could make the decision to give me the $ 250 like he said I would get (not just me, $ 250 for my friend too). He is a liar and very sneaky.
But more impotantly… my friend that I referred… she has had nothing but issues with this store. and was told that if she would have went to a corporate store (who knew this wasn’t). Privately owned stores basically can say whatever they want and don’t have to follow through apparently. Plans, devices, rebates…
Beware, they make it sound like you are walking away with a great deal… till find out once you leave that everything is a lie.
