I was not impressed and won’t return. I would agree with a prior review that mentioned that the front office was not very experienced with insurance matters. I arrived and was told I wasn’t covered(even though I called myself a few days prior and I was). Turns out that they didn’t ask to be transferred to the dental benefit department when they called the medical side of the insurance, so they told me that my ID number was invalid. The office is nice and modern, and the waiting room has some nice toys and video games. The dental hygienist that worked with my daughter was wonderful. This was my daughter’s first time(she’s 4) and she was very nervous. The dental hygienist was patient, kind, and put her at ease for the cleaning process. My daughter is very skittish around anything that makes high-pitched sounds, so I was surprised when she was okay with the cleaning. The dentist(Dr. Urrea-Feldsberg) left much to be desired. She was great at patient education, but could really work on her compassion towards kids that might be scared. My daughter got very nervous and started crying in the chair when Dr. Urrea-Feldsberg started poking around her mouth. Dr. Urrea-Feldsberg tried to help muscle her through the process after a little bit of coaxing. I’m more than happy to let professionals do their thing and I’m not a helicopter mom, but the way the dentist was interacting with my daughter wasn’t working and wasn’t kind. I asked to step in and talk to my daughter and was basically ignored. This made me nervous as the office’s policy is that they don’t allow parents in the treatment area while the dentist is with their children after the first visit. I wasn’t happy and I think that policy was the nail in the coffin for me after our experience. It’s very telling to me when a medical professional disapproves of having parents near what’s going on. I understand that it’s normal for kids to be scared of the dentist, but not allowing them to have a parent to be with them while this is going on is just absurd. Will not be returning.

She is the best. My kids(9 and 4) are terrified of the dentist and she is the first dentist they feel comfortable coming too.

Dr. Urrea-Feldsberg is very knowledgable and precise in her work. Her staff however are not the most customer service«friendly». The office is also not the best for patients. When you have a double wide stroller and theres a step up, its difficult to get into the door without letting everyone know your there and struggling!
