I have lived here for over 1 year, and I love it.
I couldn’t believe I could buy a comfortable home in Southern California for less than $ 60,000.- yes that’s SIXTY THOUSAND, and that price includes a 1,600 square foot manufactured home and the land.
Everybody I know here is happy living here. The HOA is good, HOA fees are reasonable, and we get a lot in return for them, including free golf and free RV parking.
It’s a quiet, safe and friendly place to live with lots of clubs and activities for Seniors. I recommend Highland Palms wholeheartedly.

Crime City! Certain past and present members of the board of directors of the homeowners association are liars and lawbreakers. They engage in violence, intimidation, charactrer assasination, arbitrary fines, and deception in order to attack anyone who objects to their constant violations of the law. The board is presently (June 2010) being sued for failure to provide records, holding illegal elections, failure to do audits, and passing rules illegally. These people are the personification of evil. You have been warned! Do not buy a house there.
