so far my experience here has been good. i’m still fearful of what the future may bring. i was a customer of another bank that claimed to be the most convenient and now they dont exist.
customer service here has always been good. the only thing that annoys me about TD is their lack of drive up ATM’s.

HORRIBLE!
1 person handling the front and drive thru.
One ATM inside the bank and at times it is out of service.
Branch Manager Sheree Indian lady is rude and never makes eye contact with you.
The lines at this bank are long because they don’t have enough tellers.
A transaction at this bank can take 15 – 20 minutes because of the lines. It’s ridiculous that you have to get out of the car to use an ATM inside. Who feels safe doing that in the middle of the night. The drive thru is useless since its a long wait –again only one teller handling inside and drive thru.
