This place is great and are lifesavers fixed my iPhone 5 same day and for a great price. Highly recommended for anyone that needs they’re screen replaced or any help with their apple products.

Worst place ever.
I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this place First one was with My sister’s Samsung Galaxy S2 she cracked her LCD Screen and well he fixed it but the volume wasn’t working he said «the speaker needs to be replaced.» He replaced it it wasn’t the speaker he couldn’t figure out what the problem so he sent it to another shop and it was a speaker wire he didn’t attached right. Smh! «Honest Mistake» I gave them a second chance Shame on me I Recently I took my Samsung Galaxy S3 to get the charger port replaced bc mine wasn’t working I had to purchase a charger that I can charge the battery alone without plugging it in so that helped. I purchased the charger from them. Ok so my phone was working perfectly except for the charger port and also my phone had no physical damage I took good care of my phone I only had it for a year. But anyway he replaced the part and after that it didn’t turn on I took it home hopeful that keeping it on the charger it would help but no brought it back to him and also brought to his attention that my phone was missing screws and I left my phone again I waited for a call back nothing. Long story short he rigged my phone with another phone part bc he couldn’t figure out what he did or he realized that he fried my phone I picked my phone up and screws are still missing he lost my original screws so he puts on whatever he has there but one of the screws is screwed into my lcd screen and he damage it ugh! He finally fixes it today but gives me a physically damaged phone and he had to take it apart bc the back arrow wasn’t working. Worst part of all is that he continued to blame my phone for the problems when he was the first to take my phone apart and then he said my phone was refurbished already when he was the one that practically refurbished it bc he didn’t know what he was doing. I’m going to try to post my purchase receipt on here as proof that my phone was purchased brand new and if i can’t i will post it on their fb. Please do your research and better yet get Insurance..

This place is the worst! I sent my white IPOD to be repaired. I had to wait 5 days longer then told due to a «shipment issue». When I picked it up the IPOD screen had been changed to black… and I was told they could only take $ 10.00 off the price or wait another week!!! They didn’t even call me to ask if I would accept a black screen! Horrible business! Never again!!! I should have known by the location being in a gas station strip mall…

If I could, I would not even give this place any stars. We have purchased cellular accessories twice from this place and all they sell is garbage! My husband purchased a car charger and not even two days later it broke. When he went to return it, even though the guy recognized him, he refused to exchange it or refund him for it. Their products are sub par as is their customer service (or lack thereof) DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
