When I lived in NY, the service and food quality at Taco Bell restaurants was very iffy to say the least. The one in Milford, PA and this one in Honesdale, PA are different. They actually make you feel welcome and are happy to serve you. The place is clean, the employees are cheerful and the food tastes good. Stopped in at 10:30 and I had a breakfast item and hubby had three crunchy tacos. The cashier asked him if he wanted to make it a meal so he could get a drink. One of the employees came over to us at the table to check and see if everything was okay and if she could get us a drink refill. I am not used to be treated so nicely at a fast food establishment,

I really like taco bell but this place has messed up my order 7 out of 11 times! That’s quite a lot! I just ordered a simple order of 2 supreme tacos one hard and one soft and got 2 hard. I didn’t bother taking it back. Both were edible. Lol Food tastes good. Service needs some tending to.

My friends got a super personalized menu item at midnight and the lady repeated the order back and was very willing to make it. She made it right and had a smile on her face. If I tried that shit in jersey I would have just gotten a «no we can’t do that». Thank you Danielle S
