Wayne County Fair Grounds

Wonderful expierence for the younger generation as well as the old. A true County Fair! How often do our kids see farm animals up close and actually feel the texure of their skin/​fur? Ours kids & grandkids have loved it every time they go. And the 4H kids are a joy to see! Their pride and love of their animals is contagious and they show it when they happily answer your (sometimes dumb) questions! The exhibits are also a source of pride for the contributors.
And as was said before, the price is so affordable for families. The rides are a lot of fun for all ages, and if you get a chance to see any of the shows, that’s a plus. The food is typical fair food, with some of the local eateries and charitable organizations offering various snacks and meals, too.

Typical county fair, fried foods, merchant booths, rides and games of chance. For $ 8 it includes parking, rides and admission… you can’t go wrong.
