I cannot say enough how happy I am to have found Tyleen! She is not only incredibly warm, friendly and caring, but extremely professional and a true artist. I have had permanent makeup and lash extensions all over Los Angeles, but nothing compares to Tyleen. She has the touch of a surgeon, and I love that she’s a perfectionist because I’m pretty picky! She really goes above and beyond, takes her time, and puts as much care into you as you would expect from a good friend or family member. She’s just a wealth of knowledge in anything relating to beauty– she always has the best new tips to give me! Her prices are also much better than what I was used to in Los Angeles, as well as other places on the Island I had researched upon my move back home.
Her lash extensions are amazing! She can create any look you want (classic, russian, etc.), with different widths and lengths of lashes, the ability to add glam to them, etc. In Los Angeles the places I went to just did not deliver the same quality. The lashes weren’t as comfortable or long-​lasting, and often turned and sagged. They also damaged some of my natural lashes. With Tyleen, they are still amazing 2 – 4 weeks later. She removed them completely when I did lash enhancer permanent makeup, and I was amazed to see that my real lashes were just as long as normal and completely unharmed! Of all the little beauty up-​keep things I do, her lash extensions are #1 on the list. I would gladly give up nails and hair for them!
I also highly recommend her lash perm. I like longer lashes, but I’ve had this done, and it’s AMAZING! It completely opens up your eyes so you never have to curl your lashes (with Asian lashes mine would never stay curled for long), you can totally wash them and get the wet, and mine lasted over 6 weeks! It looks even better than using an eyelash curler too. This is wonderful for the person who doesn’t want or can’t upkeep lash extensions.
She has also done my eyebrow and lash enhancer permanent makeup (soon to add a little eyeliner as well), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She follows what you want to the smallest detail, and I had absolutely no problems with any of the touch-​ups.
Her services cut down my makeup time immensely and have increased my confidence. I used to wear false eyelashes to the beach and wouldn’t put my head in the water– I know, ridiculous, but I totally did. My eyebrows were sparse, so I felt self-​conscious about that as well. Tyleen has given me time, confidence and freedom! I’ll definitely be going to her for life!

Love, love, love my lash extensions! Tyleen is very gentle & knowledgable. She listens to what you want as far as fuller, longer, natural or glamorous. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Her station/​room is neat & clean. Will definitely be back!

Tyleen was a lifesaver! I had a terrible experience at Lmour where I had a severe allergic reaction to lash extensions. My eyes became really red and swollen. Tyleen took the time to discuss my problem with the lashes and recommended I have them removed. She suggested I go back to Lmour for the removal but I asked her to do it for me as I felt I could trust her. She sounded so caring, knowledgeable and experienced. It’s a good thing that I did! She discovered that the lash extensions were improperly done. The lash extensions were glued to my skin, and not my real lashes! A clear sealant was also brushed all over my eyelids. The sealant should only be placed on the lashes, not the skin! Tyleen took the time to carefully remove all the lash extensions and glue. There were clumps and clumps of glue and layers of clear sealant. There is no way my eyes could have healed unless she removed them for me. She even texted me several days after the removal to see how my eyes were. A week later she put lash extensions on for me and I am so happy with the results. She sure does quality work! I really appreciate all she has done for me! Not only is she caring but really sweet and easy to talk to. She really cares about her clients and it shows! I highly recommend her for lash extensions! I am so impressed with her work, that I want her retouch my brows.

Once you get lash extensions you can’t go back! in the past couple years i feel that lash extensions became a staple and a necessity for women, even more so than a mani/​pedi. i know because i am one of those! Tyleen does wonders with her lash extensions! i like the very full and high volume lashes that a lot of other last extension technicians don’t have. Not to mention that she also has dainty swarovski crystal lashes that she puts at the end to add just a little twinkle. She takes her time and makes you feel relaxed. Wouldn’t you like to get your lashes done and have a nap too! wake up feeling rested and with beautiful eyes! i highly recommend Tyleen, she is very friendly, sweet and she speaks fluent Japanese which is a plus especially here in Hawaii! please recommend her to your fellow lashionista’s!

I can’t believe this is the first review for Tyleen, although there might be some reviews for her under BeautiGoddess in Kaimuki, where she has her studio.
First of all, Tyleen is an ARTIST. Her attention to detail is second to none! Her Japanese lash perms are very natural-​looking and leave lashes gently curled, soft, and healthy.
Also, her lash extension service is amazing. She is a perfectionist, and it shows. She specializes in a lush natural look, but can also provide a more dramatic look if that’s what you’re going for. She can even do «party eyes» for special occasions, adding colored lashes and tiny, elegant Swarovski crystals!
The studio is located on the 3^rd floor above Fairwood Ramen (old Columbia Inn) in the Longs and Times shopping center in Kaimuki on Waialae and 4^th ave. Parking is easy unless you happen to go when Sacred Hearts is getting out — lots of people park in the shopping center when picking up their kids.
Tyleen’s prices are so reasonable for the quality work that she does. Also, her demeanor is very soothing, so it’s a very spa-​like experience — super relaxing and easy to fall asleep! I also have to add that she is a total sweetheart; she really, really cares about her clients. An all-​around perfect experience :) thank you Tyleen!
