1. VERDICT/VALUE With the loss of the nearby Bubbies location, this the closest place to get your ice cream fix! 2. FOOD They have ice cream scoops, cones, sundaes, and cakes along with iced coffees and smoothies. Sure, you may already know about the 31 flavors; however, the key tip here is that on the 31st of every month that has 31 days, each scoop of ice cream is $ 1.31 and each sundae if $ 3.31 — most of the stars for this review are attributed to this deal! This evening’s adventure featured a Brownie Sundae($ 3.31, reg. price $ 6.49): a brownie in a cup topped with two scoops of ice cream of your choice(strawberry shortcake and quarterback crunch in my case), whipped cream, chopped nuts, and a cherry. A fantastic treat or a great way to close out the day! 3. SERVICE It can be busy(especially on the 31st of each month), so be prepared to line up around the store and out the door. The servers do the best they can; on this night, the lady ringing up purchases didn’t seem to think sundaes were on special until a more senior member had to come by to ring things up. Overall, the service is good. 4. ATMOSPHERE Be it on the outside or the inside, as fellow Unilocaler Nat N. noticed, this place needs a facelift. The outside can be untidy and dim in the evenings while the inside is showing its age from the 90’s. Four or five small tables cater to those wanting to enjoy their treats indoors. The small lot shared with other businesses in the complex can be a challenge, so be prepared to park on the outside of the bike lane and zip in for your treat!

Baskin-Robbins is an old time standby for ice cream. This is the kind of place I think sitcom families go when they tell the kids if they’re good, they’ll get dessert. I’m a cone kind of girl. But they also have prepackaged quarts, ice cream cakes, sorbet and shakes if that’s more your thing. It’s a good place to stop in when you’re craving ice cream.

This place is the best! Friendly, professional, and pretty staff members. The facility was clean. The day of the $ 1.31 scoop of ice cream was busy, but worth the wait. Did I mention that the staff members were pretty?!

Baskin-Robbins has always been ok for me. I do appreciate the fact that they have a lot of flavors, it just seems overly sweet. The hubby has a sweet tooth and loves ice cream. When he found out that they were having a promotion, $ 1.31 a scoop whenever it’s the 31st of the month, he couldn’t pass it up. I got one scoop of the old fashioned pecan in a sugar cone, which was more than enough for me. It was smooth, creamy and loaded with pecans. My son had a scoop of cotton candy in a cup. The hubby got a scoop each of gold medal and snickers in a sugar cone. He’s fast, lol. I turned around and he had another cone in his hand. This time with a scoop of rainbow sherbet in it. I did like the rainbow sherbet. The tartness of it balanced out the sweetness. I have to add that this was the location that President Obama was scooping ice cream at when he was in high school. I’ve been coming here since I was a baby. I wonder if he scooped ice cream for me.

Idk why I bother with this place when Ben & Jerrys, Dave’s and Häagen-Dazs is much better options!!! Yes they have alot of specialty flavors, but quality in taste is like generic when compared to other competitors. It’s the appearance of the shop and ice cream display that makes it unpleasant. This place could use a makeover or management should consult other competitors for tips on the business to be better.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that helped me today, but he was such an awesome server! He helped me pick out a cake as soon as he saw me shuffling through the freezer for a cake. He asked what I was looking for — what type of cake as far as flavor, size, and color! He quickly checked the back for me, and helped me pick. To the gentleman if you read this, thank you for being patient and politely serving me!

This convenient Baskin-Robbins location is on the way to my parent’s house making it super easy to stop by and pick up a customized ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. We always order our own cake because the cake seems to taste fresher than the premade ones in the freezer. I love the variety of designs you can choose from. To make things even more convenient, you can now order and pay for your cake online!

Great place for last minute orders, that’s for sure! They took my call and had my cake ready within a few hours. I loved how fast they were on a last minute call, and I’m very appreciative of it! I’m also a huge baskin robbins fan, gotta love the cotton candy ice cream they have, it’s amazing! Basically an ice cream shop that’s a must if you are craving something sweet.

Very rude service. I ordered a two scoop sundae. Then my daughter also ordered a two scoop sundae. For some reason she thought she only wanted two scoops in a cup. So I told her she wanted a sundae also with whipped cream, a cherry, and nuts. She made a snobby face and went and dumped her ice cream out. She then made smaller scoops. The other scoops looked regular, but when she came back she said the sundaes get smaller scoops. She definitely made it smaller and filled the cup with whip cream. I notice every time I come there they are rude. They don’t even smile and greet you when you come in. Too bad there isn’t another baskin robbins in the area because they always have poor service.

I am on the Baskin-Robbins free newsletter list and noticed that they had one of my favorite flavors for the flavor of the month, Icing on the Cake! I knew I had to try it so my boyfriend and I went. At first we were indecisive on what to choose because the selection was so vast. Yet, the staff was accommodating and friendly that we were able to sample a few flavors before deciding to get 2 sugar cones with Icing on the Cake ice cream. We were satisfied with the ice cream and cone, but felt that the large bits of frosting and overall nature of having sprinkles, frosting, bits of ice cream, and vanilla was too sweet for our own liking. Yet, it was good and a very interesting flavor.

I’m a simple flavors type of girl: I don’t need whipped cream, fudge, with a cherry on top. But last night I decided to splurge a bit and get a brownie sundae. Now, I never got a brownie sundae here before but it was NOT brownie, it was cake!?! Is this normal for a brownie sundae at BR? Basically I ended up not eating it because by the time I got to the bottom(where the cake was) it was all mushy and gross. I do love their ice cream cakes but idk… when I ordered brownie… I expected brownie??? The service was good enough, and of course the ice cream was delicious. Won’t order the brownie sundae ever again, though.

I’m a sucker for ice cream and ever since I was a kid, baskin Robbins was always my favorite. So many flavors, love the flavor of the month! «can I try this? Sample of that?» But in the end I always come back to Gold Medal Ribbon. A classic balance of chocolate, vanilla, and caramel swirl. Now this location is right around the corner from where I work… dangerous, right? Not so much, since ice cream has gotten pricey. But occasionally I will treat myself with a single scoop in a sugar cone and eat it in my car(only a couple tables inside). I’m still a kid at heart though cause no birthday is complete without an ice cream cake from baskins… gotta love that frosting!

Good, reliable ice cream! It’s not the most haute but it’s where I can get my pralines and cream, cookies and cream, and strawberry ice cream. Comforting and satisfying. Join the Baskin-Robbins club online and you’ll get a buy-one-get-one-free coupon every month.

A couple of us came here for Scoop Fest. That’s right, dollar per scoop, up to three scoops of pure ice cream joy for only three dollars. That’s only three hundred pennies, twelve quarters, thirty dimes, or sixty nickels for three scoops. The ice cream is delicious but to me the scoops seemed to be on the smaller side. With a dollar per scoop I shouldn’t really complain, so I guess I won’t. Their parking lot is on the small side for all the business they have and with scoop fest going on, we had to park down the street which was fine as we could walk off a little bit of those unwanted fatty calories that tasted oh so good. My friend went down a different road that day and got a milkshake which was extra thick per request and it tasted amazing. Don’t forget about their ice cream cakes as they are great to bring to a friends house so you can make them fat too.

I have always loved Baskin Robins as a child and was happy to see one within my neighborhood. But I was disappointed to find out that an employee had charged me twice in that same time period. I was also disappointed when I called the location and told them what happened they never got back to me; after telling me they would. Customer service is sadly lacking and so it appears is their honesty — they told me one thing and didn’t do it. I have to say — make sure you double check your bank accounts or charge cards or else you may get charged twice and cheated out of your hard earned money. If my experience had been with only by myself and not three people total then I could probably easily ignore this outrage. While their selection has a variety of choices and their options are good — I doubt I will be able to ever go to a Baskin Robins again. Whether they are a franchise or not. I’m still disgusted by the fact the owner never called me — not once in the whole exchange. By the way for certain banks(like mine), you have to speak to the store or location in order to get refunded the amount. The banks can’t really help you, which yes, sucks.

Ice cream… ice cream… we all scream for ice cream! Ok…maybe not all of us, but I know I do. In the car. Where little, to no, people(aside from my husband) can hear me. Because I do love my ice cream. I can understand my weight gain in the past couple years now. ANYWAY…when the line at Bubbies is too long and I am not in the mood for frozen yogurt or when I want a really good ice cream cake, I go to Baskin Robbins. While Baskin Robbins has a multitude of flavors(including one flavor that changes every month), they do have their classics. Jamoca Almond Fudge. Mint Chocolate Chip. Chocolate(yes, it is simple but sometimes you need that simple classic flavor to really hit the spot). The main reason why I go to Baskin Robbins is because of their cakes! I am a fan of their mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate cake. It is the perfect combination. However, sometimes the cake they use can be dense and dry. None the less, I still like that combination and will risk getting a dry cake(if anything, I think I get excited about eating an ice cream cake… my inner kid is fist-pumping at the mere thought of ice cream and cake). Recently, I’ve tried their cake bites. Before, they used to have 4 different flavors in the box, but now, they have boxes with 4 cakes of the same flavor. They have a cake bite of mint chocolate chip and chocolate cake and it worked out where one box had 4 cake bites of just that combination. Aside from size, the big difference between the regular cake and the cake bite is that the cake bite is enrobed with chocolate. The chocolate shell around the cake bite took away from the dessert — it ended up being too much chocolate when I ate the shell with the cake, so I ate the inside and left the chocolate shell to melt. Also, be aware the tables and chairs a look a little worse-for-wear. Some of them are wobbly.
