its a small drink business and i think its kinda cute:) they sell coffee, smoothies, bubble drinks and muffins. its a cute small little business out side out Don Quote
there isn’t much people ordering drinks here but i tired it out for the first time and i gotta say the drink i got (tropical strawberry smoothie with pearls) was amazing and i just came back from hiking at manoa falls. having a fresh smoothie with yummy chewy pearls was something i was looking for after the hike: D
i would recommend this place for good bubble drinks and coffee: P

A one of a kind small business with big values ! Even tho its the only location, the repeated clientele says it all…
Caf’e Kyra has regular and espresso coffees, teas, shakes, smoothies, ice cream, hot chocolate and bubble drinks…
The really cool thing is that they can customize your drink to specifics; like adding flavors, making you drink stronger or less sweet, it all can be done…
The customer service is outstanding and the staff there are friendly, patient and understanding enough to get you the drink you need !

Boba drinks never tasted soooo gooood! I love boba drinks and this is by far one of my favorite places in town located in front of Don Quijote. I always make a quick stop to purchase a boba drink when I’m around this area. I love getting the mocha shake tapioca. A mix of coffee and tapioca, best ever! It ranges about $ 4-​$ 5 depending what you get which is price reasonably compared with other boba places. The also offer other specialty drinks as well such as coffee, teas and smoothies. Friendly services too!

To be honest, because of this cute little coffee shop, I no longer go to Starbucks! Maybe it’s because it’s near my office and convenient, but I really enjoy their drinks! I could go to The Coffee Bean & TeaLeaf which is located across the street, but nah, this place is way better!
Their staff are so friendly and because I go there quite frequently, they remember my order or at least try to. But I can see it when I’m in line, they try to remember all of their customers names & order and treat them all the same.
YOU MUST TRY:
— Iced Café Mocha (my usual): It’s semi-​sweet and their espresso shots are amazeballs! It literally kicks in right away.
— Iced Caramel Macchiato: Not too sweet and the coffee overpowers the caramel. Not sure if you’re into that, but I am. (The reason why this place is better than Starbucks)
— Milk Tea: It has the right amount of sweetness.(Who needs to do that whole 100%/75% level of sweetness) You don’t even have to order tapioca balls because the flavors are all there!
— Mocha Frappé: It’s like having their Iced Café Mocha but less strong, but still can taste both chocolate and espresso. Sometimes they make a little extra, they give you an extra tiny cup for it.
They also have a stamp card for each dollar you spend. Once the card is all stamped, you receive a free medium drink.

Love supporting the local small businesses. Americano with 4 shots of espresso for $ 3.50. Hard to beat that deal. Service is always friendly and quick. Located outside of Don Quixote super market. They also have a variety of other drinks.

It’s always been around but i never really came here till i started my new job near by. Now it’s on the daily to do list when i work. The caramel frappé is what i go for most of the time. I’ve also tried their wild berry smoothie. It was great. If your ever in the area and look for coffee or something good to drink. I would recommend café kyra.

My friend recommended this place to me because she was in love with their chocolate shake and couldn’t stop raving about it! I’m not a big fan of chocolate myself but they had other shakes on their menu that interested me.
The first time I came here I couldn’t decide between their peach milkshake (recommended!) or their honeydew milkshake (honeydew obsessed here). I even asked one of the workers what she would get and she even suggested the peach! But being stubborn as I am, I ended up getting the honeydew LOL It wasn’t anything special, just tasted like a regular honeydew bubble drink but I love honeydew regardless so I was still happy xD
The second time I came here, I knew to get the peach milkshake and it was amazing O_​O even though it was basically peach flavoring with ice cream, there was just something about it. Even my boyfriend loved it and he has pretty good taste so I trust him lol kind of wish we got the large but who knew something so simple could taste so good! Next time I know what to get and what size x)

Everything I have ordered from here is really good, but my favorite is the peach smoothie which is perfectly refreshing for a hot day. It doesn’t weigh you down like other drinks for the same price do. Scott is really friendly, I make it a point to order when I see him working. :)

An excellent Thai iced coffee. For only a little over 3 dollars you can get a small one that has two shots of espresso in it. The coffee drink was so good I went back and got a strawberry banana shake. The bananas are fresh but the strawberry is a syrup so it was a little too sweet. Super friendly staff. It is located in that food court like place alongside Don Quijote.

Every time I pass this little café, my caffeine withdrawals immediately surface. I always order their medium caramel frappé because it’s honestly the best tasting one ever. In my opinion, it’s so much better than most places.
But all caffeine beverages aside for the non-​caffeine drinkers, they also offer creamy smoothies with or without tapioca. I’ve only tried their strawberry smoothie and it is frickn yummy as well. I will definitely be trying other flavors soon.

This tiny kiosk will cure any caffeine deficiencies! Coffee & drinks are always spot-​on! Located in the very dated food court outside the entrance of Daiei — I mean Don Quijote!
Straight forward drinks like house coffee, expresso, latté, mocha, teas, bubble drinks, smoothies, etc., etc. A few baked goods, too — but I typically stick with only the drinks since the baked stuff (not much stuff) appears to be brought in from elsewhere, which makes sense since this is a tiny kiosk! Alas, only having drinks is why it’s 4-​stars!

I’m usually here about once a month — only if in the area shopping at Don Q. The prices are about average. Although the standard coffee is much lower than SB — at just a tad over a buck for a small. The other drinks are about average in cost. On my last visit I got the Iced Mocha (small) for $ 3.50 + tax, but what separates this kiosk from the others are the employees. All are genuinely nice! In fact, the main one (I won’t use her name because she’s shy lol) is a casual Unilocaler — I’ve been Unilocal friends w/​her for years, but she’s more into making the perfect drinks rather than Unilocaling. Plus, she has the most perfect eyebrows! So, all good;) Yup, my Iced Mocha w/​Whip-​cream was blended just right and it hit the spot on a hot Hawaiian day on Kaheka! I will definitely return again to…

Nothing spectacular, nothing fancy, and no, I wouldn’t go out-​of-​my-​way to get here! However, if in the area and jonesing for some quality caffeine and drinks give this place a shot! Still want something to munch on? Hey, Don Q. has a super bakery to-​go! Now grab a seat with all the Okinawan grandmothers and enjoy! It’s like the «middle child in the family»… Not exactly loved, but there if need be, and just good enough…

This is just on the House Blend coffee and service. Young Asian girl working there during the day was very friendly and was very patient and helpful to the the elderly gentleman in line in front of me. House Blend coffee was strong and flavorful, just the way I like it.

Cute stand right in front of Don Quijote. Also, this little area has lots of restaurants you can walk to.
I got the iced thai iced coffee & it was so delicious. I came here 3 times during my stay in Waikiki, all 3 times my coffee was delicious. Not too strong, not too sweet. Serve was amazing too, everyone was very sweet. There was no line, mainly because I came around 8am. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience here. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants coffee. You can grab your coffee and breakfast all in one stop!

The drinks at Café Kyra are the best! My favorite is the Mocha Frappé. I’ve yet to try a better mocha frappé anywhere else, because there isn’t one. The service there is awesome too… always with a smile. Although, because they’re located at Don-​Qi Kaheka, depending on what time of day, the parking can sometimes be awful.

Awesome mocha with boba! At first it seemed weird getting a frappé-​like drink with tapioca but after the first taste somewhere else, we were hooked. We started looking all over town for a really good one and we found this place. First of all, they use real espresso. With a large you get 3 shots, with a price of just over $ 5. That’s pretty good price for 3 shots. Second of all, they use real ice cream. 3 scoops actually. So what you get is a real creamy-​coffee tasting epicness of a drink that will energize your brain. Anyway they top it off with whip cream and Hershey’s syrup. They also have other shakes and smoothies. Don’t forget to ask for a stamp card. The people who work there are nice and pleasant as well. It’s located outside of Don Quijote. My only gripe is the parking but if you’re patient you’ll find one. It’s kinda nice that there’s a lot of stores around to eat and shop.

I love stopping here on my way to work or on my way to Donkey. The staff is always friendly and they all know how to make a mean americano. Would recommend shopping local over the corp chain store every day. Thanks Kyra. I have yet to try your smoothies…

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly and I absolutely love their peach milkshake! I’ve always had great service! I have to come here to get my peach milkshake fix cuz it makes me oh so happy when I do and my hubby knows this too!

Definitely one of my go to places for my caffeine fix… their mocha frappé is way better than Starbucks…

I love their peach smoothie. I even wanted to get a large one today. But I didn’t. WHY?
I was standing there and waiting patiently for the waitress to finish making another customer’s drink but it was taking forever. Even the lady waiting for her drink was getting frustrated.
What’s worst is that I was standing there the whole time by the window waiting for her almost 10 minutes (or more) and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She totally ignored me. And I know she saw me because she turned her head back. I felt like I was in high school again, where I was ignored by all the girls and the boys thought I was invisible.
Seriously, the waitress could at least say «Hi, I’m sorry. I’ll be right with you». But I got NOTHING. That was some bad service there. And I was so thirsty after a long day of shopping and walking under the sun.
My advise is give the workers better training or hire people who could work faster than snails.

The baristas are always super friendly and they work hard while being in that tiny shop for hours.
The drinks are delicious while being priced reasonably. My all time favorite drink is the milk tea with bubbles. They have a wide range of teas, coffees, shakes, and smoothies.
Definitely stop by here after you’ve done your shopping at Don Quijote or something: D

Small place located right in front of Donqi. They offer a variety of stuff and they also have a point card! The baristas are also nice. I’m just not a fan of the line this place can easily build up. There’s usually only one barista working, so things aren’t as up to pace as your typical Starbucks, but can’t be helped.
I’ve only gotten their blended smoothies so far, but they’re faster to make than the other beverages and are really good. I can’t wait to try other drinks.

I love a good strawberry banana smoothie and Café Kyra’s smoothie is magical.
I was a bit skeptical because I noticed no cream or yogurt added but the fruity beverage came out smooth and creamy. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and was so refreshing in this sweltering weather.
Service was so friendly! I waited only a few minutes before it was my turn and the owner kept apologizing and thanking me for waiting. I appreciate his appreciation of my business!
Café Kyra also offers an array of espresso beverages and boba so there’s something for everyone. Prices are reasonable. I go to Don Quixote frequently so I can’t wait to go back and get my strawberry banana smoothie again, this time with extra banana, yum!
