Need half sizes, your outta luck
Want customer service, don’t hold your breath
Selection on specific brands of shoes, more than likely (probably their only saving grace)
Better selection of crocs than the croc store

Something about this place: they never have the size I want. If its an 8.5 they have 8 or 9. Customer service is passable.
In combat, inattention to detail can get a man killed. In the shoe retail department? It can give you blisters.

Great experience! $ 20 vans ended up being $ 9. The cashier was good to let me know of any sales and almost talked me into buying an impulse pair of shoes. (Un)Fotunately, they didn’t have the size I was looking for. I got better service here than at the Vans store or any of the other stores that sold Vans.

I don’t usually come here to search for footwear, but my boyfriend needed something casual to wear so we were keeping an open mind. We stopped here first and noticed that they had some sales going on. Their sale was pretty darn good! there were shoes as cheap as $ 20. their selection is small but not bad at all.
Service was awesome. the workers are smiley and this one lady that helped us was most patient with us (I was probably needy as hell but she put up with me.)
Give this place a shot if you’re searching for footwear on a budget.

Rarely to i shop for apparel and footwear on Oahu, but Journey’s is the ONLY place that carries Macbeth footwear.
