KFC

Terrible. Sure the food is just regular fast food but when I come in to give the cashier the money and then she made my burger after touching the money. Totally do not recommended coming here it’s unsanitary and it sucks

Place was always empty when I went, but staff was relatively friendly and food was good.

Food sucks, service sucks

Today and once before, I was told that they do not give sauce with their hot wings unless I pay 25 cents. Really? Most hot wings on the island and nationwide have some kind of sauce … usually ranch or blue cheese. I’ve gone here for over 5 years and only when the MANAGER serves me (twice now) does he ask for a quarter. Amazing how they’re willing to piss off a customer for a quarter. Awful awful awful. The old guy manager Caraang was very rude about the incident as well. To be so cheap about one sauce … not like I was asking for a handful … just ONE sauce for 6 hot wings. Anyways, do not go here … very poor customer service from the manager of all people. Now a few of the other service people have been very nice … especially Carlos. Love this guy for his absolute perfection in how he treats people. Even if he has to tell you «no» for whatever reason, he’s so nice about it that you don’t care. This KFC is notorious for not having white meat chicken available. 8 out of 10 times I go, they’re out of white meat. Now, when Carlos is the cashier at the drive-​thru … no problem, he’s super nice and so incredibly apologetic that you end up apologizing to him for even asking for it in the first place. So funny cuz he’s just soooo nice and very very very superb with his customer service skills. Unfortunately, manager Caraang or whatever the manager’s name is, is just too rude to even make it worth going back.

The place is clean, the food was fresh and hot. The service was fast and friendly. We got the 10 piece with mashed potatoes and biscuits. half original and half extra crispy. The reason I took off a star was because the restroom was smelly and don’t have paper towels.

John D., and Bill S., rated this place more appropriately. The rest of them must be related to the employees, or associated with the establishment to gave exaggerated rating. We tried the fish & chip, and were very disappointed because they (only two small pieces) were hard and dry. The Twister was just as bad: dry, tough and tasteless! How about the chicken wing? So small, and cost about $ 1.00 a pieces. No wonder the place is almost always empty. Well, I hope KFC quality control team can take a look at this branch and see if it measure up to its standard.

When you are craving for some fried chicken?
When you have to bring something for potluck?
When your too lazy to make something for the animals at home?
For me. It’s when I have a groupon or a Hot Deal coupon or when the Mrs. says… Musubi and chicken sounds good Ya!(Guess who got to make the Musubi’s? Yup! …Oh and pick up the chicken. Yup!)
It’s seems like every time I go to KFC it’s more and more expensive… Mmmmm?

i went Saturday Night. Although we had to wait 10min for the original chicken to get fried (we ordered 8 Piece Meal), we left with a huge satisfaction because of the wondeful & amazing customer service!

I came here twice. The first time I was hopping it would be decent because of the location. Boy was I wrong, both occasions i happened to be the area and both times were incredibly dry chicken. Every piece. Definitely one of the worst KFC on the island.

Bought one of those «Hot Deals Hawaii» ½ off certificates to use, thinking this would be a bargain dinner for us. They don’t let you use it for any of the specials, like those promo deals they have on the windows — has to be off their regular menu.
We ordered inside & were told that they ran out of original recipe chicken, so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Service was slow but friendly.
Even with the certificate, we ended up spending an additional $ 15. It was nice to eat KFC again after so long, & the taste is the same, but still not worth the price in my opinion.

Worst drive thru in the world. Don’t go there. It has always been bad.

I had to sign up just to write this review. This KFC is the worst place I have ever spent my money at. Do not go. They don’t let you use the bathroom, the sell corn on the Cobb for 1.99 and then only give you half of it, I could go on, just stay away.

Chicken was great. Fries better than the mainland’s.

BEST KFC Location on the Island!!! Just because they all share the same menu, doesn’t mean they’re all created the same. Hands Down! The most consistenly friendly and efficient drive through service ON THE ISLAND! I think the guys name is Carlos. He is ON IT! Kudos Carlos!
(ie. Drove through one day. Ordered 20 Fiery Grilled wings, had to pull over to wait 12 minutes for the full order, was offered 2free drinks for the wait, without us asking. And! They suprised us with 25 wings in our order when we got home! Awesome!)
