I got my hair half my hair dyed red I love it they did an amazing job! Definitely coming back!

I just recently moved back to islands after living on the mainland for 15 years. Having had my hair stylist for 12 years back home (mainland) I was super sad, and anxious to say the least, to have to find a new stylist. Finding a good one that you can trust with your locks can be a challenge. Especially, when you have a high maintenance cut (A-​Line) like mine and wavy hair. Cutting and styling hair is a true art. Some have that natural artistic ability, some don’t. As always Unilocal is my «go to» to any thing I’m looking for. So this is where I found Kimmie. Take that back, Royal Salon. I did however see «Kimmie» come up numerous times on ‘5 Star’ ratings for Royal Salon.
I made my appt today for this afternoon and was told I’d get whoever was available at that time. Secretly, I was hoping for Kimmie. Low and behold, I walk in and it was between her and another girl in there after being asked «who’s turn is it?» Kimmie took me. EUREEKA! I can always tell if I’ll like a stylist by their own personal style and their hair. Kimmie’s edgy style matched mine in my early 20’s. Now I’m a boring 30 something mommy who still appreciates a little bit of style and edge but toned down enough to match my mini van I roll 3 deep in (3 kids) haha!
Kimmie was very sweet and easy to talk to.
And she knew exactly what she was doing with my hair. Of course I was still anxious but the end result was exactly what I pictured. I am stoked that I found Kimmie and have already suggested her to a friend who also recently moved back from
The mainland and haven’t had any success finding a decent stylist. Thanks again, Kimmie!

Absolutely love Kimmie! After the unfortunately situation at Studio 6 (pls. feel free to read) I dreaded having to look yet again for another salon (bc the length of my hair it runs $ 200+ to color/​cut, not cheap at all). I actually found Kimmie on IG from some friends that went to her and their hair looked amazing! She’s also very good with bold colors. Very patient and extremely pleasant. I loved that she gave her opinion but kept focus on what I wanted. I walked in with horribly out grown brown and black hair and walked out with reddish purple. Can’t wait to go back :)
