Mas Liquor and Tobacco

Nothing extraordinary about the location or people working, just good prices and availability.
Mas is located on a pretty shady part of Kapiolani Blvd where several homeless groups seem to have claimed refuge. Closest (and seemingly safest) location to park is the Quicksilver parking lot. Keep in mind, however, that it is a good possibility that someone will ask you for spare change or look at you suspiciously as though you’re planning on claiming their territory, so heed caution during your walk from the parking lot to the store.
Once inside, however, there are a couple good things available to you:
1) If you are a smoker, they have a good, CHEAP selection of cigarettes. The only cheaper alternatives I have found have been through the NEX and Costco (carton), but we’re obviously not all welcome to shop on base and may not be willing to buy a carton at a time.
2) While supplies last*, the ORIGINAL 4Loko is still being sold here. Flavors: Watermelon, Lemonade, and Blue Raspberry.
*Once they stop selling 4Loko, I’ll be sure to update as soon as I find out.
