Payless shoe store at Kamehameha shopping Center. I tend to find myself wondering here during my lunch break not only because it’s the only shoe store close to my work place but also the staff are very friendly. Inoticed that They have better selcetion of shoes now and of course the price is still cheap. Ambiance: they organized it well now. Price:$$ Service: 4 star friendlyness and helpfulness, the ladies never fail to acknowledge all the customer that come inside the store. Parking: Is a bit crazy the parking structure is not very organize, I think parking upstars is better less likley to get hit by genius drivers. Overall recommned this payless store for their friendliness and organized store.

I stopped going here for a while because either 1) I couldn’t find anything I wanted or 2) they just got pricey. Might as well hit up another shoe store at the mall. It’s supposed to be called«Payless» not«Pay-more»! Recently, however, they have gone through changes. Styles are getting better — even the comfortable shoes, which are great for work! Sales associates — the past associates weren’t as nice or friendly before, and that added to quiet, dull atmosphere of the store. I have been going there lately for the better styles, and the sale associates were being really helpful. I needed shoes for a gala and they had really good suggestions for me. They even informed me of weekly sales and shipments.

Not much of a selection… theres something about a clerk taking your credit card with tattoos all over their arms and hands. It makes me a little uncomfortable. If I have said it once Ill say it a million times… If you work at a place where ppl shop all the time. please have a nice attitude! Be pleasant, be courteous be nice! I will not go back to this payless,
