Red Valentino

Red Valentino which is a Women’s luxury fashion boutique which opened some time last year at the Ala Moana Shopping Center boasts some of the cutest and very fashionable clothes which are perfect for my wife who happens to be from Japan and really loves Red Valentino because they have the style of clothes that are perfect for petite Asian women like her and the clothes here are very stylish and have a great selection here.
The reason why I’m writing this review is based on a sales associate who in my eyes is amazing and above and beyond in what she does. Kayleen is a sales associate who greeted us with a warm smile and helped my wife pick out some clothes for our annual trip to Japan back in late November. Kayleen knew exactly what my wife’s style of clothes were for her and was very patient and accommodating to my wife’s needs while she was trying all these clothes on. We eventually bought something and me and my wife were just talking about how wonderful Kayleen’s service was because if I was a woman I think I would’ve bought something from her, but unfortunately I’m sumo sized so there wouldn’t be enough material to make something for me.
What really blew us away was Kayleen writing us a hand written note to our home address thanking us for visiting her at Red Valentino and wishing us a safe trip to Japan. Now that my friends is something you can’t teach. It’s things like this that will make us repeat customers at boutique shops like this even though it’s not your ordinary clothes store where the clothes come cheap. But put this in mind, when you buy something of this quality, it’s worth every dollar if you ask me and try truly have some classy clothes and accessories for women here.
My wife was so happy to get a call from Kayleen telling her that there might be some clothes that she might like so we went to Red Valentino to pay Kayleen a visit and Lo and Behold she picked out a beautiful black outfit tailor made for my wife and it made my wife very happy.
In ending, I highly recommend you classy women out there to shop at Red Valentino and ask for Kayleen if you need any assistance with anything. Kayleen you are simply amazing at what you do and we will definitely pay you another when you find something suitable for my wife once again. You were spot on with your suggestions and my wife is anxiously awaiting your call. Thanks again…
