Had an amazing experience. As an runner, dancer & yogini I’m super active. While flexible I still had knots, some of which were causing headaches. Tiffany worked on them in a unique way that I adored. And my feet… Reflexology felt… Ahhhhh SO good!

Tiffany is great! Her studio is in a great location and the size makes it perfect for a cozy massage room. It’s relaxing and clean, yet doesn’t have the pretentious feeling of the fancier spas, which I’m sure is why she’s able to give such an awesome rate. She’s really great at what she does. I started going to her because I had horrible tension in my back. She was able to work the knots out without hurting me like other masseuses. I definitely recommend Tiffany for your next massage!

Was in town visiting family and decided to find a massage therapist. My brother lives in Kaimuki and when I looked on Unilocal,Renew was at the top of the list. Not overrated at all. Tiffany is a great massage therapist — nice, calm, and was willing to do a combination deep tissue and ashiatsu massage (I’ve never had a ashiatsu massage before). It was a great experience — fell asleep in the middle and drifted in and out. Didn’t feel rushed and she was able to work out some knots in my hamstring and back. If I lived around here, going to Renew would definitely be a standing appointment on my calendar. Very reasonably priced, conveniently located by two different parking lots, and slightly behind and above Coffee Talk. Highly recommend.

I absolutely adore Tiffany! She oozes kindness and care in every touch. I had a tight hip today, and she worked it out with Ashiatsu (foot massage using HER feet, not massaging MY feet, although she did that, too!) I was super tight everywhere when I walked in, and ended up falling asleep (again!) on the table. I was floating on air when I left. Her new studio is adorable and immaculate. Great location!

Booked a 50-​min ashiatsu massage here this past Tuesday… just what I needed after all this crazy studying for board exams.
Ashiatsu is an amazing experience. Only a few people on the island know how to make tension disappear with their feet! Tiffany is one of these amazing people! The pressure was perfect. In the beginning of the treatment, she asks if the pressure is good to make sure you get what YOU want. She plays soothing music using Pandora. I ended my massage with «Time To Say Goodbye”— one of my all-​time favs! I always look forward to falling asleep during my massage (which I ALWAYS end up doing towards the end!).
I love her new studio in Kaimuki! It is located up the stairs of the same building where Coffee Talk is. Perfect cozy atmosphere to get RENEWed. And for a great price… she charges $ 50 for a 50-​minute massage! She also has a special: five 50-​min massages for $ 225. See you next week!

Tiffany is great. Just finished a Swedish massage (my husband had Ashiatsu). My whole body (including my mind) felt relaxed and all the tight spots were gone. The studio was clean and pleasant. Pressure was strong but gentle. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. We will definitely go back in the near future.

Just finished up my first Foot Reflexology with Tiffany. She is located behind Coffee talk. As I walked into the room, I saw the bars that she holds onto when she stomps your back. I envisioned her stomping on my poor feet screaming at the top of her lungs, F**k Yo Feet N***A! F**k Yo Feet, like Rick James in the Chappelle Show.
But when I came to my senses, I went to the bed, looked at the roof, and listened to some of that Adele that was playing in the background. Adele is so hot right now. She started to massage my feet (Tiffany, not Adele) and it felt great. She has hands of an angel, strong, but gentle, soft, and moist.
Next thing I knew, I was cutting down some trees and my feet was feeling great! When it was all said and done, there was no «Happy Ending», but boy did I leave happy and my feet were very happy too. I shall return for more of her devine hands and Adele tunes. I was expecting Sade, but got Adele… Well done.
TL;DR: Expected a foot massage, got a devine experience.

Tiffany is a wonderful practitioner. She is very professional, her studio is clean, quiet and lovely. The price is definitely right (and she offers specials some months!). I will be recommending her to my personal friends. She wasn’t able to see me right away, but called me back almost immediately to set up an appointment a couple days later. I will be a regular customer of hers.

The Renew Studio is very clean and professionally run. Tiffany is an excellent therapist and very personable :) I visit the studio every time I come to Honolulu and will continue to do so. Tiffany does ashiatsu (walking on you with her feet) which is truly terrific. She also uses Swedish and other methods and is very good. The studio is upstairs in Kilohana Square — free parking and some interesting small shops and restaurants. A quiet setting, professional ambiance — HIGHLY recommended. (I am a former massage therapist…)

Tiffany is great at listening to you and working the places where it hurts. I had the best experience today with her… I recommend going!

Tiffany is AMAZING. I seriously go to her every weekend, I swear by it and pretty much can’t LIVE without it, almost like a drug LOL. If you are looking for DEEP TISSUE massage she is the person to see, best I’ve EVER had. Check out her website for different massages. She also offers massage packages at a really affordable price. Regardless, I would pay ANY amount to get a massage from her. She is friendly, professional, and great at what she does. Some people have a gift, it’s not just a job to her, she loves and enjoys what she does.
There is lots of free parking and she accepts credit cards. You won’t be sorry, and you will keep wanting to come back for more! Trust me :)

A Hot Deals Hawaii deal brought me here so I decided to try it out. I had my own expectations and they were delightfully exceeded. Tiffany’s workings are one of the best i’ve experienced and her professionalism and pricing are what keep bringing me back.
Lots of parking in Kilohana Square (next to Mr Ojisan). Massage by appointment. Credit cards accepted.
Do yourself a favor and try it. I’ve never been disappointed.

Oh my goodness… Still a bit light headed and in dreamland while I write. this… But this was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever gotten.
I’m amazed with Tiffany’s feet and what they can do. It felt like she used her feet 90% of the time but I could be wrong. Her feet are soft and meaty… And meaty is a good thing because you aren’t getting jabbed by ankles or heels.
if you like deep tissue, you will love this. The highlight of the massage was when she had both feet massaging my back and then, all of a sudden, her hands are rubbing my head simultaneously… oh.my.goodness.
Don’t be afraid of her feet. this is the most unique and relaxing massages I’ve had yet. Love love love this style now!
FYI — she has some awesome monthly deal going on right now (August) that gives you a set of hour massages for $ 45 each??? I can’t remember how much the 90 minute package was but it was a DEAL!
You can share with someone too… which is what I plan on doing.
Oh yea — and SUNDAY appointments. what a better way to spend a Sunday.

Ok… so you know the scene on Charlie’s Angels where they’re standing on the villain’s back, massaging his back? That’s what Ashi (foot in japanese) Shiatsu is all about. I was so excited to see that it’s done here in Hawaii… let alone I could get it half priced on Hot Deals!
It’s located in a back room of a dance studio. Tiffany was waiting for me outside… she’s sweet and approchable and has this calm-​ness to her. The room gave me a facial/​relaxing/​clean kind of vibe.
It’s a full body massage — some performed with her feet/​standing on you — with bars above so she can alleviate the pressure based on what you’re comfortable with. Most of the hour is done with her hands. You can totally voice your preferences as far as how much pressure you’d like or don’t like.
Her feet are clean and smooth =) I think that’s the biggest thing to get past for most. I usually like deep massages, and was a little intimidated by Tiffany’s height — she’s quite tall — thinking it be really sore… but nope… I left feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated.
