Russell Itokazu, the owner, is so great to work with. He gives very efficient and fast responses to my calls and easily accommodated my schedule change. He corrected and fixed some of the programs and changes made by another computer consultant previously, which was giving me a lot of problems. Now my computer works faster and a lot of my obsolete and unwanted files and programs are gone. Russell also gave me tips on shortcuts, etc. Very professional and experienced. He comes to you and does not charge for his travel time. His charges are reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer help.
