Talk about customer service! Anthony is a compassion professional individual. He help me when my nephew had to use his warranty to exchange his lens and frame. With no questions asked and prompted courteous service Anthony put a smile on my face because he resolved the issue 110% Thank you Anthony!!! I cannot wait for a store to open on Maui!!!

Organized, good selection and decent prices. This store is small but great, not over crowded at all. The staff is very helpful and fun to talk to. They had a good selection in sizes since I have a big head and I found a few pairs I loved under $ 150.

I loved the customer service here!
Since we were in Hawaii, my BF decided to get a good pair of sunglasses. We went everywhere in Ala Moana to find a good one but since his head is so damn big, nothing was fitting right.
We finally walked into Sunglass Hut and continued our hunt. The people who worked here was really nice and was trying to help my BF find some sunglasses. While he was searching, I noticed that they had little kits for your sunglasses and I was asking them about it. I was wearing my Gucci sunglasses on my head and told them that they were getting a little loose. Without me even asking, he came right up to me and decided to fix it for me! He even cleaned them up and polished it!
The reason why I gave them –1 star was because they didn’t have that much selection. Also, I wasn’t a fan of any of their sunglasses and I felt like most of them were a little dated. But my BF finally found something to fit his gigantic head here!
