Every time I go I get a friendly welcome and wonderful service. They do great on color and cuts. I recommend going because you get everything you want from a high end salon at a great price.

I needed a quick cut and Ebony was there to help. She listened to what I needed and she cut it exactly as described. I am very satisfied with not only the cut and the price, but the friendly service as well.

The fat Puerto Rican lady was extremely rude. I came in with my bf so he could get a haircut and when I was trying to explain what he wanted she ignored me and when my bf told her that I was going to explain she proceeds to just ignore me and give her opinion even though we had a haircut in mind. she proceeds to cut his hair Crooked and didn’t listen to anything we said so we left horribly disappointed and with a crooked jacked up haircut I highly don’t recommend coming here go to the one by wal Mart or ward much better customer service and cutting

I will not be returning to this location ever again. Not only did the stylist rush my haircut but after I pointed out to her that the blend she did was crooked she replied «it’s because yo hair is thicker that one spot.» She then tried to even it out but was unable to and now my hair is uneven along with my side burns that she didn’t bother checking. I’ll be contacting the owner to show what Sophie considers an ok haircut. I come to this location often and to be treated like this is unbelievable. I understand that it’s just hair and it will grow back but to treat someone with such carelessness is down right f@!cked up.

This is the worst haircut I have ever received. I first went and and the older Filipino-​looking lady looked at me and stared at me from the register until I went up to her. Then I told her exactly what I wanted to get. I asked for #2 on the sides and back all the way up and to take a little off the top. She obviously cut the left side a lot higher up than the right side and used a number 4. Then she took probably half an inch off the top and left my hair all tousled with literally half my hair sticking up and said she was done. She finished in exactly 8 minutes. WTF I was so appalled with the attention to detail and service that I was too disappointed to even ask her to COMPLETE the haircut. I am never coming back again. What a waste of $ 20…

I had a great experience. Ebony was my stylist and she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She suggested something different than I asked for and I am SO glad I listened to her. My hair looks amazing. I had such a great experience and will definitely be back!

I have been to this location several times. The night staff seems more concerned with leaving than taking care of their customers. The sign says they are open until 8 but they refused service at 7:45 telling me I came in too late. Why not change the hours?

I’m sorry but I have to give a low rating. Although the hair stylist was very professional, he should tell his coworkers/​friends to be courteous to the customers here or at least they should know not to be rude (they were swearing, being loud, talking about stealing product, talking to the stylist while he’s working.)
There was a man that walked in a little more than 10 mins before they closed. They turned him away and as he was leaving he said that they said the same thing last time. I know that they have a policy where you ARE suppose take every haircut that walks in before closing. You can turn away color because it’s a long process.

Moved here over a year ago, walked into supercuts on atkinson and kapiolani sat down in Jeds chair and havnt gone to anyone since. Great guys haircut if ur lookin for a good fade. Dude knows how to handle a razor and some scissors. Plus its only $ 19.

So my usual go to place was booked and I needed to get a haircut so I looked on Unilocal and found this supercuts. The ratings were good but the important thing was that they were open and taking walk-​ins. When I got there, they seated me down and a middle aged woman asked how I wanted to do my hair, I told her short but long enough to style. Immediately she started buzzing it and I was kind of shocked but I said to myself, why not go shorter than usual and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then right when I thought, I hope she’s not done, she said she was finished. 5 minutes flat. She was so tough on the buzzer too, I still have scratches around the back of my neck. I pretty much have a hair style from the 90’s and look like I’m going to join the army. Not a good experience. She was careless with my hair and I have a feeling she gives everyone the same haircut.

I always used to jump around from salon to salon, because no matter where I went the stylists never listened to exactly what I want done (I’m picky :)). But I’ve been getting my hair done by Jed for over 6 months now and he not only listens to me about what I want done with my hair but also recommends products that totally suit my needs. He is so knowledgeable and friendly! Jed is the bomb!

just got the worst haircut of my life at this place. The stylist did not listen to me one bit. I am a male and like my hair the same length all the way around, and only wanted a trip. I walked in with 8inches of hair, I walked out with a tapered, standard, short sides douche bag haircut. Thanks super cuts, suck it.

If you want a complete, change your life, set of great eyebrows Marilyn is your woman!
She’s been my brow lady for as long as I can remember. Nobody else is allowed to touch them & I always get compliments. I recommend her to all my friends and she consistently delivers perfect eyebrows with any shaped face or amount of hair. And the best part is that she’ll take the time to make you feel comfortable, educate you on what an eyebrow shape can do for your individual face type, and then teach you how to upkeep them. Seriously the best eyebrow lady on the island!

This review is specifically for eyebrow waxing with Marilyn. For a little over $ 12, Marilyn will shape your brows with diligent attention. I’ve been on a stricter budget and decided to come here after speaking to a receptionist who explained that Marilyn used to do just eyebrows for a living. Not only did she carefully «edit» my brows, she showed me a makeup trick to as she said «glam it up.» I’m picky and usually splurge at Aveda (Mahina’s great) but this was even better and less than half the price. Marilyn, eyebrow wax. So good it inspired me to Unilocal after being dormant for over half a year.
