I love anything nautical-​themed, so the name of this store drew me in. Then I noticed this bikini set to the right. It was a lavender paisley pattern and was resting atop a matching print peasant top and white shorts. Only the bikini top had a price on it – $ 68; an average price for a bikini top. So I asked how much the others were. Can you believe it – the whole 4 piece set was $ 68! Best deal in Waikiki! Maybe in America!!!
The Japanese sales clerk was really sweet and nice. She pointed out other cute sets to me and then showed me to the fitting room. I asked what size the bikinis were and she said they only came in a Japanese size medium. That translates to an American size extra small or small. Sorry, tall girls :(My set came with shorts and a top but the other set I looked at came with a nice long matching pareo. So the sets are all different. The bikinis are all different styles too. The prints are cute and feminine – Japanese style.
