I feel sorry for anyone who gets suckered into this SCAM PALACE and doesn’t have the sense to notice the plethora of lies thrown their way. This place should be shut down. LIES, LIES, and nothing but DAMNED LIES.

Turn around from these people. High Pressure Sales experts at this company. Their bait-&-switch technique is impressive. Although their products are skin cleansing, the feeling you are left with from doing business with them is plain dirty.
High prices $ 200 — $ 3600 and products not worthy. for sure.

My daughter was suckered into this product while in Honolulu on her senior trip. She almost immediately regretted the purchase and went in 3 days in a row to make a return and each time she was told it had to done online even though the receipt says Within 7 days at the store if product isn’t opened.
On the 3^rd trip in she called me and I spoke to the manager Tony Marksini who told me the same thing but also a bunch of bull that I know, from my 25 years in retail, was a bunch of crap.
So we called the police department and asked for help. They met her at the store and BAM they did the return.
This store is a total scam full of liars and cheats and they are VERY lucky I’m stateside cause this mom would have made a scene loud enough to be heard all the way to the Big Island.
Stay away at all cost but if you have already been suckered call the Waikiki police. They are amazing and will get your money back!
