Brunch… Bacon…Booze…(BBB) = GREAT TIMES! I decided to check out my first UYE event and it was fun. Who couldnt pass up having food from Wolfgangs, especially the BACON.
I ordered the French Toast with Bacon. Honestly the french toast wasnt that great but soaking it with maple syrup did cover the dry taste. My main focus was the bacon. At $ 4.95 a piece its thick and juicy and well worth it.
I did learn from my last visit that if you mix the Wolfgangs Sauce with alittle horseradish it kicks it up a notch. Yes it did!
Great time with friends… and don’t forget the Emi quote «Congrats Dad’s, your sperm made it!

I am loving Brunch Boozers UYEs!!! It’s always a great excuse to try brunch around town and to get together with some of my favorite Unilocalers! This was the 2^nd Brunch Boozers UYE and I have to say the turnout (on Father’s Day) was extremely impressive. UYE host & Unilocal Elite Esteban W has got some skillz! Awesome job Esteban and I’m giving your event 5-​stars because I believe UYEs should be rated by the fun we have, not the food we eat or the up and down service. You all know what I’m talking about!
I ordered the french toast with bacon and my BF got the filet mignon eggs benedict. Both our dishes were $ 12 or less and that is a serious deal when you think about it! You’re eating in Waikiki at a fancy steakhouse AND they validate your parking for up to four hours. The french toast was okay, a bit tough around the edges, but that bacon more than made up for it. It’s not regular low class bacon but expensive King of the Pig Pile bacon! It’s thick and honestly eats like a meal. Scott K shared his sauce with horseradish secret with me and I will never be the same. I’m licking my lips as I right this at the thought of dipping the pig into its sauce. Even the pig told me he liked it. Yes, I speak to bacon. What can I say, it’s a gift.

Thanks to Estaban and all the Unilocalers. Fortunately my burger and bacon were just perfect along with a glass of Mimosa.
Top it off with the good food were bunch of good Unilocalers and all the goodies Emi brought to the event. Wolfgangs is one of my favorites Sunday brunch or lunch places to go. Price is right and food is decent.

Brunch+Booze=good times. Let’s just add fellow Unilocalers to the mix and it becomes an awesome time! What a fun morning filled with food, fun and awesome people to start off your week!
It was my first time checking out the brunch at Wolfgang and they offer a pretty good menu selection at rather reasonable prices (considering it is Wolfgang). The service was ok and a few items had to be sent back and other items didn’t show up readily which made for a bit of a lackluster feel.
However, the Unilocalers more than made up for that with a healthy group and lively discussion. Awesome planning by Esteban and a great event overall!
