Milk tea wasnt as great as I expected and the price is way up there just for bubble tea.

This place is a great location to grab a bubble drink downtown. The only thing is that the prices are way higher than most shops around. But they do have a really clean and well maintained display. Cleanliness does play an important factor in downtown. They have a vast menu selection to fulfill your craving. And if they dont have that drink you are looking for, they do mix flavors at your request!

Because Unilocal wouldn’t let me change the business name of the original review I had written about this place, I deleted it and reposted on the proper business page. As I do my usual walk down Fort Street Mall, I noticed a spanking new smoothie shop opening where Bad Ass Coffee Co. used to be at. My interest piqué because I love smoothies and I’m always on the hunt for the best avocado smoothie! I finally walked in yesterday afternoon and noticed that the menu resembled a lot like the one at Shirokiya. It turned out, it’s the same! I ordered the avocado and banana smoothie, $ 5.08 for 22 oz, and I was able to chat with the girl working. The Fort Street location is an expansion to the Shirokiya Juice Factory and they plan to serve coffee starting next month when they have their grand opening. They didn’t have a business card yet so I’m not 100% sure if Juice Factory will be the set name. Service was great because I asked for less sugar for my drink after she had already poured it but she gladly remade another one for me. Price-wise, it is expensive. Quality, it was good as most of us are familiar with the original location. Summer Frappé still wins in my book for quality and best bang for your buck but with Juice Factory being SO close to home, it may be a tough call. Craving something refreshing on a hot day? Check out the new Juice Factory on Fort Street Mall across McDonald’s.

This new store on Hotel and Fort St. Mall is new to the downtown lunch foodie landscape. Recently opened and offering a 10% grand opening discount, the menu is largely boba drinks with a few hot food items. I got the strawberry pineapple boba, It was a little thin and wouldn’t last on the way back to the office on a warm summer day however the tapioca pearls were plentiful and the drink was nice and sweet. They have one of those cool machines that seal the drink. I actually have never seen one of these before but my coworker said they’re popular in Guam. The space is nice and open, lots of tables and chairs. The one thing this place lacks is music. It was pretty quiet and eerie inside despite the bright colors and spacious interior.

Totally empty. One worker. Vast selection of boba drinks. My milk tea boba was mediocre… there’s not enough of a tea taste… not worth the $ 4.85. They sell hoagies too, but it’s kind of hidden in the back. Surprisingly clean, though… but I highly doubt this place will survive.
