We had a clog in our toilet we needed them to snake out. They sent two guys out (hardly needed) took everything apart, spent an hour and ½ and ultimately snaked out the clog that we asked to be done. They charged us $ 195 an hour! They said it was a 2 man job! The 2^nd guy was clearly training as I could hear them the whole time and never mind that the two men could not both fit in my bathroom so one stood outside telling the other what do to. They supposedly replaced parts on my toilet which were fine and then charged us $ 120 to do so. Plus the $ 50 fee just to come to our house. So $ 462 to snake a clog! I could have bought a machine to do this for less. When we called to discuss the bill they took 4 days to get back to us (we called 2 – 3 times each day) and when they finally returned our call they were very rude and annoyed that we were unhappy with this cost. I am highly disappointed with a company I have used before. Will not use them again and will not ever recommend them.

We were in a real bind as our forced hot water pipe froze and busted. We called Paradigm and they were not sure if they would be able to squeeze us in, but thankfully they were able to.
Steve was INCREDIBLE!!! He was extremely friendly, professional and very thorough.
Steve even took the time to label which pipe went to which floor and explained how to turn one floor off if there is ever another issue, so we don’t loose all heat.
We can not thank Steve enough for coming today to repair our pipes!

This review is way overdue.
In November, Paradigm installed baseboard heating to my second floor (I have a cape).
They were timely in coming out to give their estimate and their estimate was not only fair but I got a sense that they knew what they were doing over the other companies I had spoken with.
After I got the initial quote, I had a few follow up questions and the office staff was really prompt and kind in handling my questions.
On the day of my appointment the plumbers were on time, courteous and clean with their work. Everything went very smoothly. The job took the number of hours I expected based on my conversation during the initial estimate visit and and there were no hidden costs or fees.
I am more than satisfied with Paradigm and would always recommend them to everyone for their plumbing needs.

ABSOLUTE IDIOTS… On Thursday, I called wanting to arrange an appointment to get a quote on a MAJOR air conditioning installation… The woman who answered the phone was rude & uncooperative. She passed me on to the owner, who ACCUSSED me of just trying to get a quote to confirm someone else’s quote. He finally agreed to come see my home on the following Saturday; but wouldn’t give me a time. He didn’t call Friday but called Saturday morning. He was RUDE & OBNOXIOUS… I don’t do business with this kind of people !!!

We had all of our kitchen and bathroom (s) faucets replaced today. Justin, the technician, was thoroughly professional, careful, and knowledgeable about his work. Paradigm’s price range was very fair, especially considering the amount of labor and calibre of parts (Moen) utilized. Justin will be returning later in the month to finish our new shower/​tub faucets. I’ll be sure to try to think of anything else he could help us with. I heartily recommend Paradigm and, especially, the technician who helped us today.

I noticed a small leak in my basement, that just continued to grow. Thankfully I found this great company to come help me out. Eric was able to come out a day earlier than expected, and was able to replace the leaky faucet in no time! Definitely would suggest them for all your plumbing and heating needs!
