I’ve seen a doctor here one time, scheduled the second appt for 2 weeks later. In that 2 weeks, I was experiencing negative reactions to medication. It took 2 urgent messages and finally a call from my therapist(at a different practice) to actually get in touch. Even then, I wasn’t scheduled to come in for another day. Definitely not a place I will see again or recommend.

Grayson and associates has been giving my son medication for five years and they have not even seen him. He has been hospitalized three times while in their care. On numerous occasions we notified them that the hospital told him not to take the medication they were giving him anymore. We also notified them that he was not doing well. They continued to ignore us and now he has been hospitalized again with high blood pressure and other problems due to there lack of care. I do not even give them one star and and I would not tell anyone to set foot in there office. The Dr. Is horrible and the front office staff is equally bad.

I am not a fan of the doctor I’ve visited at this particular location. Pros: Wait times, located near interstate Cons: Parking lot very full, have had to reschedule more appointments than the doctor has kept. He’s always seeming to be out of town. Had no issues when I frequented the Lakeshore Pkwy location.
