My ice tea needed a little more sugar but other then that, it was delicious. I end up tasting a sample before buying and some tea tastes better when it’s cold. Next time, I’m going to buy some fresh tea to make at home since I prefer to drink that over coffee.

In today’s world snotty customer service is so passé. Being new to teavanna but not tea we had questions on the blends and were corrected on mispronunciation ! We wanted to sample a few different blends in order to find out what we would. Like to buy more of in the future and the staff treated us like we were waiting their time and like we were spending enough money on the teas because we only wanted 2 OZ of each tea. Well excuse me for purchasing 5 tea selections at a cost of $ 85 +
These employees work on some sort of commission and you can definitely feel it in the atmosphere.

PESTICIDES!!! When I sent them a FB message asking about pesticide use, they blocked me. Let’s see how long this stays up. Don’t drink this stuff as it is POISON. They used to be my favorite tea company out there — but no longer.

Fantastic tea!!! I’ve been going to get tea from Teavana for 5 years. The people there are so knowledgeable and fun. If you love tea you will love their selection.
