I had the pleasure of working with Todd Caisse for my home inspection. For a different house, I had went with another inspector, but I had such a pleasant experience talking to the woman in the office that this time I went with Todd. He was great. He was thorough. The thing I liked the best about his inspection is that he didn’t just point out the things that were wrong with the house, he also suggested ways that I could fix those problems. He taught me and my husband a lot about the structure of our house, how it should be maintained, and how to prioritize the areas of the house that needed a little help. Which, as first time home buyers, is clutch.
I would absolutely recommend Todd Caisse for anyone’s home inspection.

Unprofessional & sloppy behavior: In heavy traffic, this company car was tailgating at speeds near 90mph demanding to pass, while there was no opportunity due to high speed congestion. When we moved over to let them pass as soon as we could (and as hazardously requested by them), they made sure to hold up a bird at us the entire way by. Not a great representation of this company.
