I love the kids meal for lunch. Burger fries. Pop. Ice cream it was like $ 6. And that burger was mouth watering, the fries are good if you like thick cut. I prefer shoelace cut though. Ice cream is perfectō just wish they had like a list visible at the window.

My favorite place for gluten free, they strive to accommodate gluten free options. The food is always hot and fresh and the kids meals are a lot of food for a great price.

Best burger, fries and shake ever! Hand cut fries hard to stop eating, even after consuming small shake and most of mushroom swiss burger. Oink! The shake was made with a mixture of fresh berries: sweet, tart and thick!

Went here a couple years ago and really enjoyed it. Quality was good, and prices were fair. Looking forward to trying it again next time we’re in the area.

Great old style, no frills burger place. Tried this place about 6 years ago on a summer vacation out on the ocean, and have been hooked on it ever since. Trust me when I say it is worth the stop. The fry sauce is just great, as are the burgers. I absolutely loved the Woods Burger — for some reason, Pastrami pairs well with hamburger.

Wow. Totally blown away by this place! I’ve driven by this place for years and never stopped in. Big mistake! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is equally as great! Everyone there is really friendly. I had a cub burger with cheese and fry sauce. I asked for the patty to be cooked well-done and it was cooked to perfection! We also split the homemade fries and a chocolate malt. Absolute heaven. The beef patties are homemade and everything is really fresh. We’re definitely coming here more often!

OMG! I tend to think of myself as a burger aficionado and I have got to say that the Jalapeño burger here is hands down the best I have EVER had anywhere! It was cooked to perfection and the jalapeños were fresh not pickled which is amazing. The burger had a crispy onion ring in the middle not soggy but crunchy and it had the right amount of sauce. That was the burger alone, add in the classic crinkle cut fries and onion rings which were not overcooked may I add. The soda has crushed ice which I prefer :) and the shakes were delicious. The customer service was outstanding and very eager to help. So go on in there and you will be satisfied, we live in the Seattle /Tacoma area and whenever we are close(1hr out of the way) we make sure to stop in and have a taste of how a burger joint should be!

After driving past this place on the way to the ocean for years we decided to stop and give it a try. I’m glad we did. It’s an old school burger place and the staff was very friendly. Everything we had was great. While I’m not totally sure, the burgers appeared to be hand formed and nothing like the frozen patties a lot of places use. The french fries were fresh cut and they had the biggest clam strips I’ve ever seen. We all agreed it will be a regular stop for us on the way to the ocean from now on.

Awesome burgers! Big and juicy! I like their sauce also(like a ketchup mayo mix). The kids meal is a pretty good deal but the other stuff on the menu is a little expensive(the reason I only gave 4 stars.) also the booths and paint inside could use an update but I do like their bear theme. It was a perfect little stop for our family.

Awesome milk shakes! Great little local restaurant. The atmosphere has a cozy old fashioned local feel. Good burgers and fries. Nice friendly service. Eat in or take away. The real gem is the fresh made real ice cream milk shakes. Yummy!

Great burgers, ok fries and the absolute best shakes anywhere. I always stop and get a large chocolate shake when I am in the area. Locally owned and operated this place deserves a try.

Tasty Grub! We stopped on our way back from a weekend camping trip and filled up on burgers, fries, fish and chips, and sweetened up with ice-cream cones and milkshakes. The place was packed and it took awhile but was ultimately worth the wait.

It’s a good burger shack. We were driving south 101 and wanted a quick bite and that it is. Unilocal classified it as BBQ which is what were were hoping for, but it’s not, it’s burgers, chicken sandwiches and some fried fish items. I had the mushroom cheese burger with fries, both very tasty and quick. Also the women who run it are very friendly.

I’ve always wanted to stop here every time I went to and from the ocean. Finally After years of passing it «because I just wanted to get home» I stopped. Oh man this was worth the stop. I ordered the Bacon cheeseburger fried and a peanut butter shake. The burger had great flavor, wan’t greasy and dripping fat off it. Real thick slabs of bacon, and the shake… Its was great. Thick enough to be a shake but thin enough to be sucked through a straw. Best Peanut Butter shake I’ve ever had. The ladies there were extremely friendly. If you are in Hoquiam or going through to get to the ocean just stop and try it. You won’t be dissappointed.

Serving: Many unique flavors of shakes, grilled burgers, chicken, waffle fries, Pepsi products. Also: Drive up window. I live in the area and find myself eating here a couple times a year because they have really good seasoned waffle fries and good burgers. However, just about a mile or two down the road is the Hum-Dinger which has slightly better burgers, much better prices and better fry sauce. I also tried their chicken strips which were so tender they fell apart, very good. If the Hum-Dinger is too busy then I’ll come here no problem, they have plenty of parking and indoor seating and it is very accessible from the main highway. You can bring your motor home to Grizzly Den, heck, you can bring a fleet they have such a big parking lot. So: Comparable burgers to Hum-Dinger, seasoned waffle fries, and you get more(although not as good) fry sauce, indoor seating and huge parking lot. But: Higher prices than Hum-Dinger, fry sauce could be better(I think it is strictly ketchup and mayo).
