Doug’s Flower Shop

I needed flowers for my grandmother’s funeral. Doug’s was the only flower shop open on the weekend and her funeral was on Monday. I had my florist in Corpus Christi TX call them and he spoke with Mary. Mary was very helpful and professional. My florist made a comment about it and also reassured me that the bigger, better flower shops are the ones that stay open on the weekends. I chose a casket spray out of a book that my florist in Corpus Christi, TX had, and told them I wanted it much fuller than in the picture (of course I was willing to pay for it) and I wanted a flower cross in pinks and yellows. Well you know how you never know what you’re going to get when you order arrangements over the phone so I was very concerned that these would look as I was expecting. When I arrived in Dansville for the funeral and saw the flower arrangements Doug’s Flower Shop blew my socks off! The casket spray was exactly how I envisioned it and the cross was even better! They really helped me to honor my Grandmother in the way I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug’s Flower Shop and ask for Mary!
