Such a good place to eat, sweet people, great food, and a beautiful outside seating. Pet friendly as well!(: mom and I stopped here on a drive up to a lake and it was the perfect rest stop!

Stopped here because of the location. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though there was a huge group and the place was pretty full, we got our food in an okay time. Huge portions and it was good. I will be back for sure to try new things. The menu looked good.

Livermore, CA
Went here on a whim since we were passing through to Boise and the kids were hungry. Really great service. Debbie was awesome! We sat in the back outside and let the kids stretch their legs on the grass. It’s a burger and fries kind of place. That said, it came out fast and fresh. We had the cheese burger, chicken strips, and fried shrimp… all great. We would definitely come here again.

We decided to check out the food at Kit’s. The food was mediocre: Mashed potatoes were made from powder. A lackluster club sandwich. The pizza was ok. The service can only be described as apathetic. Our server forgot several if our items. She let us run out of water and only visited us to take our order and drop off the check. I guess this would be ok if the place was packed but it was almost empty. Sorry Kit’s but you get a thumbs down from me.

The food was okay, but the place is a bit run down and the service lacked enthusiasm. I realize that Horseshoe Bend isn’t necessarily going to be a place that needs a super nice restaurant, but it also can do better than this. I’m not opposed to eat here again. That said, I rarely go through Horseshoe Bend, but if I pass through again I’d be apt to try somewhere else before trying Kit’s again.
