She takes the time to diagnose unique skin treatment combinations, scrubs, cleansers, peels, masks, etc. resulting in the very finest skin condition. She asks and listens to your changing skin needs based on seasonal activities and conditions. I love going in and finding a new product, cosmetic or skin care treatment to aid in my skin care, anti-​aging needs. She carries all the major, highly recommended facial products and many unique items for those trouble spots. The full line of Dermalogica and Clarisonic products are available. Great products, superior knowledge & exceptional treatments are all to be found in a quiet and ultra clean setting. Cannot be beat in Hot Springs, for providing the ultimate facial experience.

So I called this place and Donna asked why I wanted this certain treatment for me. I usually walk in a spa and request what I needed done and get it done. Donna, however was really upfront with me. No one was honest as Donna was when it came to my skin. I’ve been wasting money this whole time! She changed my treatment according to what I want and instead did a treatment that will actually work. She was very professional! Straight forward! She also has Obagi products, a pharmaceutical product rarely seen in a day spa. I got a no downtime peel from Donna today, saved me money and now I’m switching from Dermalogica to Obagi products! I hope this will do me good! She also gave me her number and text her if I have any problems… I mean none of the other places I have been through does this! I’m surprised there isn’t much review of her here. Got an excellent facial here! Donna is so nice and professional; she really helped me. The winter weather really dried out my skin and her procedure made my face look and feel so much better and the compliments I’ve been getting feel great too! Donna has great products available for skin care and for Men also. I couldn’t be happier with the results I got; I’ll definitely be back!
