I try not to hold high standards for this store but they fail me miserably regularly. We only go bc my husband and daughter love their pancakes. Today I tried to get the salad and baked potato lunch. Sorry… no baked potatoes. They asked if I wanted soup instead. Nope, I don’t. So I got to pick from sides. I wanted something fresh, not out of a can. So I picked a sweet potato. Then they informed me they weren’t making those today either. They were too busy worrying about tomorrow that they weren’t baking those things today. That’s right… they are more worried about their customers tomorrow than the ones today. Food comes out. My salad had ranch dressing. Oh wait, he didn’t ask what I wanted. I just realized that. Instead of coming back out and asking he just gave me something random. I used it even though I don’t really like ranch on salads bc… he only came out from the back when he has food to deliver. You wait until he decides to come out. That’s why our drinks were empty most of the time. That’s why we were finished eating for 15 min before we got our receipt… bc that is when he had food to deliver. That is why it took literally 10 min to get our drinks from the time we reserved them… had to wait to deliver them with someone’s food. The salad even had black rotten lettuce in it. At least my picky 5yo had her pancakes and ate with out prompting constantly. When we went to pay it was another mess. There was no order to the check out. In fact, there were three branches from one line.

I ordered 6 dinners to go & they put them all into 1 bag. One of them on its side so they could fit them all. Its lid wasn’t on tight so the food spilled all into the bag onto the other meals. They never even apologized but asked me it the dinner was ok or if I wanted them to remake it. It wasn’t even in the container! As I waited for them to remake it my other meals got cold. They didn’t clean up the other meals or even transfer them to a clean bag. By the time I got home the liquid from the spilled meal had soaked through the bag and soiled the carpet in my vehicle. The last time I got meals for the family they left 1 out and I didn’t know until I got home. If you choose to order meals to go always check your order for accuracy and closed containers. I understand that an accident can happen, but it was not handled correctly at all! They acted like I had inconvenienced them by not accepting the meal as it was. I like their food, however I will never order from them again.

Extremely crowded and noisy all the time, to a point that you’d have to scream at a server to ever get your order placed? Thanks but no thanks. Not my cup of tea:)

Thanksgiving dinner was very good. Food was hot and wait staff was friendly and efficient. Went to Dixie café for thanksgiving lunch and you couldn’t go wrong with either restaurant. Note: when you have finished a delicious meal and push your plate back, don’t undo your belt buckle, they will ask you to leave. Ha ha. Good food, great thanksgiving.

If you have been to one generally you’ve been to them all as far as the food. The service can vary but this location has good service. I decided to give in to eating meat a bit but sadly found the bacon little under done. The hashbrown casserole was very good though. Overall, a good road trip stop.

The atmosphere is very cozy, and the servers were friendly. However, the food is extremely bland. It just doesn’t have a real country cooking flavor to it. It’s a shame since I loved sitting inside Cracker Barrel and enjoying the atmosphere. The food though just isn’t worth going for. The gift shop is fun to browse around at times.

Had sawmill breakfast, eggs to order… it was good. The staff are nice and friendly. The country store is actually a gift shop but with a country slant to it.

I love Cracker Barrel and was looking forward to visiting this one. However, the food was just disappointingly bland and underwhelming. Salt and pepper helped some, but this just was not the food that we typically receive. I don’t know if they were just having an off day or this Cracker Barrel has problems, but we were not impressed with the food. The service was very prompt and courteous.

It’s Cracker Barrel … it’s A-OK. Why they don’t offer a more traditional breakfast for those who don’t want all that food I don’t understand. So for a simple breakfast it was an expensive stop. Need to keep that in mind next time we are out for breakfast.

Good food — slow, slow service. Slow service probably due to large breakfast crowd, but it seemed too slow for even a large crowd.

I really like their old fashioned dishes menu and I loved their vegetable soup. Very friendly people, good service and crazy about their store that’s attached. I bought bunches of things in the store.

You know, more often than not, a Cracker Barrel is a Cracker Barrel. And this one is a Cracker Barrel. Very reliable. Good food. Good service. Big dining room, so no waiting for food or service. Great rocking chairs out front(with oversized checkers boards). Got exactly what I expected and wanted.
