This place is amazing. I found out out about Sabai in 2013 through Unilocal. It was one of the best massages I ever had. Truly magical hands at work. The aromatherapy was a pleasant surprise. I have yet to experience another massage like the one I received at Sabai.

Best place to get a massage. Don’t waste your money on Bath House Row. Heather was incredible!!! I will definitely come back!

I have knots. A lot of them. And the reason I know is because every time I get a massage, I always get comments about how gnarly they are. I really wanted to like this place– based on the reviews I had high expectations and in some ways they were met, and also not met. This was my first trip to Arkansas and I was looking for a much needed spa and pampering experience, which is why I booked an appointment here. After a ten hour drive from TX, I was looking forward to it. I agree with other reviews– the house is quaint and charming inside and feels very warm. The two ladies who worked with us were professional and really nice. They took the time to go over different scents and oils to truly tailor our experience and make sure we were happy with our selection. They did not introduce themselves however, which is one suggestion I would make. They also ran out of intake forms, which I feel like could have been easily photocopied or printed off a computer. My friend and I had to fill out the same form– not a big deal but it just seems a little unprofessional and unprepared. I also indicated that problem areas were neck, back and shoulders, but I feel like not enough attention was paid to those areas. If I can offer any suggestion, it would be to check in with your clients. The ladies were really nice but I think asking clients how the pressure is, what kind of pressure they prefer, or asking if there are certain areas that need to be more addressed would be beneficial. At one point I asked for more pressure because I felt like I was just getting a rub down and I felt like my knots were not adequately worked on. For the price I paid I was fairly disappointed– I’ve paid less for a more satisfying experience. I enjoyed the hot stones and they were a great addition to the massage. I had to schedule another massage back at home however, since I feel like I didn’t get an adequate massage the first time. So to sum it up, I came with knots. Lots of them. And I left with the same knots. I would probably try a different place if I ever returned…

My husband and I had a couples massage/facial/foot scrub. Overall we both enjoyed our time here. The ladies were friendly, place is pretty and clean. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that my therapist seemed to spend a bit too much time«away» from the table. She seemed to take a long time to switch from foot to body to face, etc. I would still return here again.

I would recommend this place! The lobby was welcoming, the staff was friendly, the massage was AMAZING and the accommodations were comfortable(felt right at home). Will definitely get another massage here on my next trip to Hot Springs!

Went back to Hot Springs recently and knew EXACTLY where I wanted to get a massage — Sabai! Let me say it was just as good, if not better, than my first visit in ’09. I got the 90-min hot stone massage and I felt like melting butter. I glowed for 48 hours afterward; people actually complimented my aura, dorky as that sounds! Forget the 15 or 25 minute massages that come with baths in Hot Springs! Get your baths and massages in the right places. Baths at the bathhouses, massages at Sabai. ‘Nuff said.

Great place to have a massage. Our first couples trip was for one hour and we felt so invigorating after all was said and done. Had a long eventful day and I credit that to the relaxation the staff had given us during out massages. The second trip we did an hour and a half massage, but felt so tired after wards. Such thing as too much enjoyment? The place is clean, inspiring, and cozy. The staff is beyond friendly! And the massages… well…had a lot in my life and this place is at the top of my list. We are planning to come back here at least 2 or 3 more times this year. We stay at the Wildwood and this comes as a additional package(how I love thee), and for the price it is well worth it.

I had my first massage here a couple of years ago. I had nothing to compare it to at the time, but now I can definitely say that I had my best massage from this place! This place was recommended by Wildwood 1884 Bed & Breakfast Inn(which is where my friend and I stayed). The place didn’t look like much when we arrived, it was just a house on the street. However, inside it was just like any other spa. My friend and I both had a Ultimate Massage(for 1.5 hrs). My masseuse was Joshua Jackson(I remember because he has the same name as the actor who plays Pacey from Dawson’s Creek!). He was great with his hands and he knew how to get me to relax by breathing and concentrating on certain parts of my body that was tense. I left the spa very relaxed and happy. =)
