Biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. Filled out the credit application on line and a day later got a call from Beth. Was told I was approved by 4 lenders with a 500 dollar down payment, all I had to do was come in a sign papers. Before getting off the phone I asked to make sure where the truck was so I go to the right location. Next day I take off work early with the paper work I was told I needed and went to location truck was supposed to be at. Truck wasn’t there. The office reminded me of a Harris county jail’s holding cell. The douche bag behind the counter was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered. Salesman wants me to fill out applications before even asking what I’m looking for. I explain I have already filled out paperwork and Beth told me I was approved by 4 lenders with 500 down. He disappears for 10 minutes and comes back with they don’t do that low of a down payment and we can work something out with a co signer. Gave him a big fuck you and walked out. Don’t let this place reel you in with there bogus Craigslist adds or even bullshit call backs from people who obviously don’t work there. Save your money and go to a reputable dealer. This place sucks ass
