It’s close to home so I come here. Sometimes they do a good job, other times they are missing buttons and forgot to replace them. They’re price are reasonable too.

The worst, they continued to destroy buttons on my shirts with no explanation/reimbursment, the straw the broke the camels back was yesterday they handed me a shirt that hand grease stains and water stains on it. They told me it was brought in this way. My argument was not so, it went from my body, to my hamper to my car and here. No resposne/“I don’t Speak English” As an FYI they are affiliated with Post Oak Cleaners up the street and with Best Cleaners on S. Gessner and Westheimer. NEVERAGAIN, spread the word, I have already posted on several neighborhood blogs etc.

I REALLY want to like them as they are so very conveniently located just down the street from me BUT they are just so darn unfriendly AND the last time I went to pick up my clothes they brought back a pile of men’s clothes that didn’t belong to me but had my name and phone number listed on the ticket. When I questioned the clerk, she yelled at me! NO way.

I wanted so much to like them since they are located right up the street from where I live, but after using them a few times, I will never return. They do a poor job on hemming jeans, it just doesn’t look professional. I instructed them to keep the original hem on one of my jeans and they didn’t do it. I wanted my shirts laundered and they dry cleaned it instead at the much higher price. I was also charged incorrectly. Just too many mistakes in the few times I’ve used them.

A-1 Dry Cleaners is right down the road from where I live, and so I mentioned it to Stephen Y when he was looking for a dry cleaners. He brought in his suit, and they originally told him it would cost $ 20. When he went to pick it up, they only charged him $ 8.99 + tax, and he got his suit back within 2 days. He was pleasantly surprised… he took a quick look at his suit and none of the buttons were missing. Last time he went to Men’s Wearhouse to get his suit dry cleaned, and they charged him $ 25(he won’t be going back there anymore).
