This dental facility is awesome! I had to take my 3 year old for an emergency appointment and being a new patient they fit her in. Not only that, my daughter WAS terrified of the dentist. The ladies and the doctor at this office are so gentle and caring and this makes all the difference. My little lady was a big girl and even asked when does she go back! When we were done they gained 2 more clients!

I made an appointment for a cleaning here for Saturday ⁵⁄₀₉ weeks ago. I was called to confirm my appointment on Thursday ⁵⁄₀₇ and Friday ⁵⁄₀₈. I showed up for my appointment today, signed in, answered questions about my employer issued insurance and then taken back. 30 mins later Diana came in to tell me they could not verify my insurance because the place is closed on Saturdays, I was asked to leave. They did not offer me another appointment. I also asked my they did not verify my insurance before my appointment when I entered my information through ZocDoC. Diane shrugged it off as if it was my own fault. I drove 30 mins here for nothing, and they showed absolutely no remorse for th. their administrative negligence. Insurance covers 100 percent of my cleaning. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Extremely unprofessional
