A Fairytale Party

I actually didn’t want to give any stars but it makes you… so really it is zero.
I ordered invitations from this business and first of all never received a confirmation from the business indicating the order was received and an estimated time of arrival. I had to contact the business in order to get the info. I was told it would be sent out by a specifc date. As that date came and went, I messaged the business and asked if the items were sent out and if there was a tracking number. I never received a response. A week later I get a response from her saying that she has had personal things keeping her from responding to me and will have my items ready in the next couple of days if I didn’t mind waiting. I said that is fine I will give her another shot. The next couple of days came and went yet again. I contacted her again and of course no response. 5 days later she sent me a message saying she wasn’t able to do them due to her personal situation and it was more important than invitations. I asked for a refund and was told it would be given that day. It has been 3 weeks and still no refund.
This place is horrible and should not be in business. Stealing and misleading are the only words I can think of at this point. This is suppose to be a business that makes the birthday parties beautiful. NOPE!
