Extremely rude receptionist. She hung up on me for asking a question about programming a key to my vehicle. Wow. Don’t use them!

Locked myself out twice now and this company came to the rescue each time. Very quick and dependable and all for a good price. Not much else to say other than its a professional company with a friendly staff.

Somehow my new front door locked behind me when going outside to feed the dog with all my keys inside. Called this company and they told me someone would be out in 20 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later, a technician arrived, gets the door open in 20 seconds, and charges me $ 149. They got the job done, but charged me a fortune and were extremely late. I’d recommend using someone else.

Just a little lock shop in the heights, but they make a key that works. I had a bunch made by Lowes or Home Depot and NONE of the worked. These guys have strange unknown keys in stock. One from my 1800’s home in Galveston that I’ve always had trouble finding a blank. Anyway, these guys do good work.

To the idiot who picked up my keys in the Petrol Station, to quote Bill the Cat«Pthtbd!!!» These guys had the really good blanks for a 25 year old BMW, with the wide key head. Again, everything fitted perfectly right out of the machine and it took very little money and less than ten minutes to replace my entire key collection. I would not expect them to have the new foreign car keys, as a lot of them have built in security devices. If you want to see their faces light up, get them talking about their old time key cutting machines.
