Impressed that they showed up in the time window I asked them to when the previous company never showed up. Additionally the technician didn’t try to upsell me everything & was honest. I didn’t think an A/​C repair was going to actually be affordable with my budget but I feel like I was getting the best price when I called other a/​c companies in the area to get a quote for the same repair. Thanks again.

Last night my A/​C started making eerie noises, like a vicious swarm of bees. I called AirWise during my lunch at work today, then met Mitch at my house after work. First off, I really appreciate fast service and AirWise definitely has that. Mitch came to the house, calling 15 minutes before he arrived and took time to listen to all of my concerns and things I’ve noticed. He had my A/​C blowing correctly about an hour later, as my return air seal was leaking air. He spent time to explain everything, which is how the words «return air» are now in my vocabulary. I would highly recommend AirWise, just as much as I would highly recommend having A/​C in the Houston summer.

I needed an assessment and check of an HVAC system. The tech was punctual, fair, took time to explain things, and did not try to upsell me. He also made suggestions that we could do ourselves. $ 75 call out fee covered it all.
