I am impressed. They measured hubby. Picked out the tux and got it ready to go quickly. Only thing about the elusive 5th star… it took over an hour. But everything else was great! And we can return it at a location near us!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Tuxes are cheap (but not cheap to rent) and customer service is dismal. I was stuck here for almost 2 hours, trying to get a decent looking tux.

I was originally supposed to pick up a tux at a different Al’s location, but the size was way off, so had to visit here to get the right sizes.
The clerk was very friendly and fast at bringing out the correct sizes ordered, and made sure we had all the pieces, switched sizes, etc. The store is spacious, clean, and even smelled good! I would definitely go out of my way to visit this location again, as it was much better than the gulfgate location.

The location off of Kirby and Main St. is great because if there is something wrong with the tux then they can get a new one in about 30 minutes! They are very helpful and we chose their chocolate tuxes. Many guys were in tuxes: Groom, Both Dads, 6 Groomsmen, 3 Ushers, My Brother (our officiant), and the Ring Bearer! — May 2009

About three weeks ago I needed a tux, and as usual I waited until the last minute — just as I’ve procrastinated in writing this review. Nonetheless, I was referred to this location and couldn’t have been more pleased … the sales associate, Victoria hand held me through the process and they had it ready the next day! Great selection, great prices, great service.
