Customer service here was very dissatisfying. Staff and manager were very rude and caused an unnecessary scene in front of everyone. She yelled at us saying, «Someone in your lane has not paid for a game, you guys better pay or I am going to shut down your lane.» We showed her our receipts, she felt stupid afterwards, but still continued to have a distasteful attitude towards us. It was clearly a technology issue and the computers were miscalculating the amount of games because she entered us in and I entered our names in manually as well. Luckily, it takes me awhile for someone to really push my buttons otherwise this could’ve gotten uglier. I felt she could have handled this situation better without being emotional over assuming that we didn’t pay a lousy $ 2 dollar game. Environment, this place is dirty AF. There were roaches around lane 30 – 31 and we ordered pizza and found live bugs in it. I reported it to the lady in the kitchen and she offered me a drink to compensate for the pizza… I spoke to the manager and instead gave us a personal pan pizza, from there I just had enough of any kind of interaction with them. This will probably be the last time I’ll come to Willow Lanes until there is new management. I would not recommend coming to this place period.

Clean bowling alley. Shoes in good condition. Great place for a date night. We didn’t buy any food as we had just eaten at a restaurant. Played three games. The automated scoring was pretty easy to navigate.

So we bought the summer pass and all was well until we came in to play on a Saturday and was told by Sara that we could not get two separate lanes next to each other. as we have been coming here daily and was allowed to do so by both Tony and the other manager here, we don’t understand why this was suddenly a problem. Not too happy about this as our two kids can’t be too far away unsupervised and they need bumpers while we don’t.

Very disappointing experience today. We usually have a great time but today the cashier was very surly and very dismissive. The alley was empty and the cashier refused us two lanes even tho we were five people. Eventually she gave us two but she was very rude about it.

This place is severely run down and smells awful. First time here and won’t be back. It cost a family of 4 $ 100 to play 3 games plus $ 15 for drinks. I will take my business down the street to tomball where the prices are acceptable.

I know this isn’t necessarily a good part of town. But the place is dirty inside and there’s trash everywhere. I just witnessed the manager glance over at customers and just continue talking to another employee at the snack bar. Really unprofessional in my opinion and rude. The screens don’t work, we had to ask for help on them. But still had fun.

Took my Grandkids there this afternoon. They are 5 and 8. With my wife and I they charged 87.00 for two hrs of bowling. We had to go up two times to get the guy to get our ball out of the return. I think that is rediculous and we will not ever go back! Pretty much soured us on bowling as well. Will be calling ownership tomorrow to report!

So I went here on Sunday with my little people, big people and myself a teenager. This is fun for everyone! The kid had fun and the adults had some competition! The place itself is not bad they have great music while we play and the lights add a really cool effect especially when things get dark!!! Also if you wear a white shirt(I wore one that day) it will glow! :D Parking was not so bad or maybe because we went on a rainy day… Oh yeah if you don’t want to bowl then they also have an arcade in the back its not bad! This will certainly not be the last time I go here.

Just had to take my family out for an evening of bowling. I found the all you can bowl & pizza online for $ 17 a person thes available at all AMF sites. First of all the guy run me up wrong and charge me an extra $ 15. After getting that reversed we had to beg for each slice of pizza. Unless you have used their computerized bowling, the waitress knows to hover as it’s confusing and you will need assistance. Get their early, as the parking is small and you will end up walking a way. Carpet and bathrooms need s good cleaning. They serve lots of finger foods and it looked decent, but pricey. Don’t go hungry. If you decide to take up bowling, looks like you should join a league. The group looked like they were having fun and they have the best spot(away from the sun coming through the exits and bathrooms.)
