This is the worst Ann Taylor. No help here?
My wife was not helped out at all. She spends $ 500 to $ 600 every few months at Ann Taylor.
Go to the Woodlands store if you want good service.
By the way lady my wife is still waiting on your call you promised???

Save yourself a VERY disappointing experience. Very unfriendly staff who are very unwilling to help. Go to the mall or anywhere else but here. I’m not asking to be treated like a queen, but c’mon.
Consequently, I will never be shopping at this store EVER AGAIN. Neither should you.

Thank God… an Ann Tayler in a shopping strip (Champions Village). I don’t have go in a mall.
Their hours are weird though. They close at 7 pm, except on Thursdays when they close at 8 pm. Mmmkay.
